Not meet my expectations

The suite with the huge two-story window is breath-taking. It isn’t a 5-star resort, but the value was excellent and we loved the room.

Nice appearance beautiful property good location, quiet area, but no elevator for suites, tub shower which was inconvenient and sloppy to utilize, King suite had long high curtains which were difficult to manage, no room safe or iron, super bright lights on patio which killed any nighttime ambience, air conditioning which actually was needed was subpar, sofa in room was old and dirty and needs replacement. Lobby bar never had an attendant. Breakfast was very good, room service prices very affordable, front reception staff was excellent as was restaurant manager.

The hotel itself was fine and staff helpful, except that the WiFi in my ‘Chalet’was poor. There is a restaurant but really only used at breakfast. The problem with this hotel is its location. No facilities within walking distance. It is in the middle of nowhere and you need a taxi to visit town or even get to the nearest bar!

We loved our stay in this quiet, charming hotel. A taxi ride into the city or to local attractions was quick, easy, and cheap, The only thing that was a bit frustrating was that we had incredibly loud neighbors, but management was very kind and did try to help us resolve this. The hotel is really beautifully decorated, with stunning views over the green hills of Dalat.

We loved our stay in this quiet, charming hotel. The hotel is marvelous. It was just built a year ago and maintained with care. The location is far from the center and you need to get a taxi or rent a motorbike to get to any place.

Located on top of a ridge overlooking two valleys, the setting, in a French style Chateau, newly built, was truly remarkable. The staff was ever so helpful, the rooms spacious and clean, with view balconies.

Everything was wonderful... peace and relaxing.. I love it!!

Nice hotel.but poor management. We request to have the room as shown in the photos which is Cloud room but they only let us stay for 1 night and sais that room was already booked by someon else, and got us moved to lower floor room since the staff made mistake. Never come back to this place no matter how nice the hotel is

Stayed for 2 nights. Beautiful property and French vibe. Atmosphere is quite romantic - good for couples. Gorgeous gardens and views. Lovely artworks on the walls. Rooms was neat and clean. Walls were very thin, could hear the people in the next room talking and playing music . Modern bathroom and comfortable bed. Hot water was consistent however the shower leaked - bathroom flooded a lot. Breakfast was fine, not a huge selection or choice. Great tea. Internet was terrible. One million wifi connections and always dropping out. Only a 5 min grab from Da Lat centre. Overall it was a lovely place to stay, perfect for a night.

Amazing place. Room was very clean, sheets were fresh and bathroom was sparkling. The hotel’s interior is also very beautiful. Feel very peaceful and zen staying here.

It was a great location. And It's clean and neat. But, when I took a bath, water wan't hot enough. Anyway, this is the best selection when I compare with the others.

Great hotel, pretty french inspired look. Great for couples. Staff super friendly and accomdating. My room had is own balcony on first level. No noise at night from traffic. The only downside is that you have to constantly take taxi 5-10 minute ride to city. The picture that shows a grand driveway is actually the rear , you will not be greeted with the same picturesque view as in the photo. Serene garden at back , hotel well maintained. Overall great stay

At the time we're there, hotel just open operation. Over all look good. If you looking for quite place, this is your option.

Very nice property, new and very nice. The only issue we had was the outdoor light to our room was on and the doors are frosted so light came in all night. It was as if someone kept a light on but once we told them they turned it off the following evening.
