2nd time here and still the best hotel to stay. We will book here over and over again. So clean breakfast is a great selection.

1) Parking was $15/night and usually the parking lot was full due to the casino being in the same building. Very small parking spaces. Door dings will happen 2) Over 1/5 hour waiting to check in due to hotel internet issues 3) No dresser or closet storage. Lived out of our suitcases for the stay

Handy Place to everything.

Such an odd experience. On one hand, I received a great rate for a one-night stay. They sent me a welcome text to answer any questions I had. I’ve never had that and liked it. But then they went a bit goofy. Their rate more than doubled from a Sunday to a Monday night? I was even willing to downgrade from a King to two queen beds, but despite having almost 10 rooms available, they actually wanted more for that time of room! So I changed travel plans. I looked later in the day and it looks like they ate several vacant rooms rather than make a customer happy. Their loss!

Clean and quiet. Room was great, slept well. It really should be noted that there is no parking for RV's/campers. This was part of a 9 day trip with 1 day break in a hotel 1/2 way through. The staff were great in helping but there was only 1 parking option that wasn't sketchy.

We stayed 1 night and was happy with the Tru.

We had a nice stay despite when we first walked into our room it smelled like cat urine. It went away as we used to the room or maybe we just got used to the smell. They charge you $15 a day to park in the parking lot so I would keep that in mind. But they give you that back in Gambling money, that I forgot to use so that’s on me I guess. If you want to use the swimming pool you have to get a pool pass for the other hotel to get in, your room key won’t work. If you are hungry for breakfast get there early if you want anything. The pancake machine was pretty cool but if you want toast expect it to be burned. There are a nice variety of places to eat downstairs and a Starbucks. Housekeeping only cleans your room every other day and while we were there no one cleaned the hall or dumped the trash. Overall it wasn’t bad but I probably won’t stay again based on the parking fee.

Tru by Hilton had a nice and comfortable room. The only disappointment was the morning breakfast. It was crowded. Juice dispenser out of service. Pancake machine was really slow with a line of people waiting. Coffee was disgusting hair on the hard boiled egg. Also $15 parking fee was stupid for terrible overcrowded parking. Convenient to the Main Street of Deadwood.

This property was a huge disappointment. Room very dirty, bed is not a king and sheets do not fit bed so rolling up on sides and bunching up. Bathroom corners full of dirt and sink would not drain. Talked to staff about room - they offered us nothing and said they could not help us because it was booked through Expedia. I want my money back.
