I was supplies it’s very very clean and very quiet ,convenient store and transportation.

Hotel location is superb. The hotel is very clean with sufficient facilities. Front desk staff who I think is a Taiwanese is very friendly and welcoming when we check in. Breakfast is great.

It’s close to monorail station. It’s also clean and tidy, I felt relaxing when staying there as my neighbors didn’t make any noise at all.

Location is good, walkable distance to the train station and shopping street.

Clean and staff were pleasant to deal with. If you are tourist they have Chinese speaking staff but I had trouble with using English

Despite being a capsule hotel, the facility is very well kept. I stayed in a single cabin and it is fantastic. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Will consider staying here again in the future!

Extremely clean and nice place which is worth far more than its price. Very convenient location and easy to find! You may find public shower room which is very clean and comfortable. Since most of the residents are japanese, they are in a good and polite manner. One thing i doubt is that why there isnt any lock for each of the cabin?

Convenient location close to monorail station, good base for exploring Naha Clean and new very good value for the money

The hotel was very clean and quiet. Staff service was excellent. The location was also good since it was close to the monorail and easy to get to from the airport. Plus it was right next to Kokusai Dori (shopping street).

Breakfast was very delicious but same everyday. If there could be a slight change from the day before, the experience would be even better.

good location; nice staff; cant understand the use of asking guest to take off the shoes once entered the hotel; lockers are not clean, they stink; have to go 1 floor up or down to go to washroom which is very inconvenient

Check-in time is later than the norm and they don't make any exceptions. I wasn't feeling well from my early morning flight and can't check-in till 4pm. Y's cabin is very modern, clean and well equipped. You have to leave your shoes in the small locker when you step into the lobby. This meant that you cannot air your shoes after a wet day. The space in the deluxe cabin does not allow for big luggage. There is very little room for you to walk when you lay and open up your luggage. I like that they clean the cabin and change towels & pyjamas daily. There was a queue for the baths (only 2 on that level) in the night. Additional bath would be great. They provide complimentary toothbrush and shaver which is not a norm for capsules like Y's cabin.

We loved it ! Although the bathing area is shared with other guest , we enjoyed the experience :) very clean and comfortable place to stay . Definitely worth the money paid . It's near to koukusai street where you can go shopping too ! Just 5mins walk . Will definitely come and stay again .

This hotel is centrally-located near the main Kokusaidori street and easily accessible via Monorail and several buses. I think it is perfect for introverted or quiet-seeking solo-travelers and business people. It is very quiet most of the time. The facilities/amenities are really impeccable. The staff managed to keep everything clean and spotless. Not only is the bathhouse relaxing, but the property has vanity-style powder rooms where women can follow their skincare routines and apply makeup. Bathroom lockers are secured with a wrist key. When I visited the staff were extremely kind and helpful. There were no language barriers that affected my stay. Also the breakfast was really impressive. It was more than just simple scraps. There were bread rolls and jams, sausages, stewed pork, potatoes, fish, salad and lettuce, eggs, etc. I was really pleased with the breakfast option. For me, one downside was that there is a "lock out" time from 10am to 4pm each day for cleaning. This is extremely inconvenient for travelers who are looking forward to sleeping in on a relaxing vacation. I found it a little hard to keep the rules. Not only that, but those traveling without a car might be exhausted during the time period from 10 - 4.

It was amazing stay, the hotel was far better than my expectation! Their customer service is beyond Super! One of my friends addidas bag was left behind at the addidas outlet n we have to leave the following day. We informed the customer service that 6pm, they really tried their best to help us resolve the issue! Addidas said we lost the bag outside their shop n was found at outlet information counter but we remembered we didn’t had the bag at all... in short the hotel’s team went beyond customer service n finally able to request the bag to be delivered to the hotel for us... excellent service... will definitely go back, location was excellent

The hotel is new and really clean! The whole concept of the hotel is good which make me feel like home with clean carpet on every floor making it really comfortable and warm walking barefoot on it. Our traditional Ryokan style room is quiet and really nice! However, the in-room air-conditional does not really give us warm even though we have turned it to warmer mode with 26℃. It was quite cold in the room. Toilet are clean and spacious with toilet slipper provided. The breakfast buffet is decent with dishes like omelette egg, susages, salad, crossiant, stir-fried vege, rice and many type of juices and coffee.

Stayed in both the capsule and private rooms. They were both perfectly adequate. Staff seemed a bit unsure of what to do, but otherwise, housekeeping was fine and facilities were decent.
