This was one of the best stays we have ever had at a hotel. We wanted a more "adult" getaway for the weekend, and even though it's a family friendly hotel, we didn't hear or see a lot of kids. Good for us since my partner watches kids all week long. The hotel was extremely clean, the staff was absolutely amazing, the food was excellent, and the view from our balcony was breathtaking. We loved our stay there.

Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Beds are so comfy and rooms are clean.
We always get a Lakeview room. The view is lovely especially in the Fall.

We loved the outdoor area. Great outdoor bar and putting green. Didn’t have a balcony but the view was beautiful and we had sliding doors to let the fresh air in.

We needed a place to stay right away and wanted comfort. The hotel is amazing! Clean, comfortable beds, very nice staff! We had A wonderful view of the lake. My only complaint is there was no microwave, we had to go to the front desk to warm our food.

This hotel was disappointing for the cost. You are paying for location and the great view. No complimentary breakfasts. Restaurants and bars close at 9 pm and there is no real room service (only 3 snacks/sandwich on the menu). Restaurant is incredibly overpriced and the food is not good, bordering on inedible. Phone to front desk in room didn't work. No recycling bins.

Just two comments: The complimentary coffee stations were great, however, I was staying on the 4th floor and there was no decaf, so I had to go down to 1 every day. We had breakfast on the patio on a beautiful morning and one of the servers was moving tables & chairs around, dragging them across the concrete making it very difficult to talk. Perhaps they could do this between the breakfast and lunch service.

The hotel is on the lake, but there is no access to it or amenties such as kayak or sailboat rental. There are also no bike trails in the area, or nearby shopping.

Beautiful Hotel/great staff and amenities. Bar and restaurant were great. Only issue was the noise level in our room, which was located next to the entrance for the hotel crew, loud noise started at 5 am.

Hugely disappointed in all of the unsupervised children at the property. They took over both the indoor and outdoor pools. The children were running around the outdoor and indoor facilities including running in the halls where sleeping rooms were located. They were screaming and jumping off the ledge of the hot tub at the indoor pool and playing football in the water at the outdoor pool. No peace and quiet for a much needed break from home. Will not be going back to this property. Staff was nice but the crew never disciplined the children running rampant and the parents were not keeping them from just playing quietly. Should not have spent the money there!

I liked the landscaping & location. Our shower had mold in it. Also ordered a $24 burger at 5:15pm & wanted to pick it up at bar 5:45pm it wasn’t ready until 6:05-6:10pm. It wasn’t good. No gf bun like ordered. Basically they forgot to make it. Room for improvement at bar.

The property and hotel was great. The service was a little lacking at the restaurant and bar, and the AC could use a little boost. Other than that, it was awesome!

there was minimal service. Went to order food service no one knew how to prepare food service. Pricing is very high compared to the quality of service. We were very disappointed in lack of service. The prices for everything is too high compared to service.

My nephew and I had a wonderful stay of 3 nights at Chautauqua Harbor Hotel. From the front desk people, especially Marilyn and Sam, to the housekeepers and staff, everyone we met was pleasant and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

This is a lovely property on the lake and the price reflects that. There were little things like a fridge that has died in the room, dirty dishes in the hallway for 15 hours, the main bar closing at midnight on a Friday night. Overall this is an amazing place to stay on Lake Chautaqua.
