Was there for one night overall was good

Nice hotel, good sized room, good options for breakfast. Got a late checkout and it all worked out pretty well until the cleaning staff kept knocking on the door every hour to see if I had already left. A bit annoying but can’t complain too much as managed to leave at 16:00. Only thing to be aware is that it is a bit of a walk since the closest tram stop and it’s uphill.

This property was great. It was super clean and had great smelling hair and body set. The check in area had complimentary water and some candy which was delicious. The reason I knocked one star was because the shower did not drain easily and when we asked them to come clear it, it took 2 phone calls and 30 minutes. Additionally, it didn't seem like it was actually resolved as they just pushed a lot of product down the drain and when we went to take another shower, it still drained slowly. Not a huge deal though as we only stayed one night, but worth noting.

Lovely modern hotel near the centre of Graz. A short walk down to attractions, restaurants and shops.
The room was big enough for the 3 of us with a king size bed and a sofa bed. The bathroom was very modern with toiletries in eco friendly bottles.
If breakfast is included in your price take it, otherwise it costs 23 euros per person and half price for children under 10 which I think is very expensive!
Staff are friendly and helpful.
If you opt out of having your room cleaned, you receive a voucher for a free drink from the bar for each person in your room. Great idea!

Reception was professional. Hotel was good, but nothing really special (all you really need). The location was great, next to a park, but short walking distance from most sights.

Perfect location for walking into the heart of town, shops, restaurants. Easy parking immediately next door. Everyone at reception was extremely helpful.
I am sure to stay again, but will ask if they have a room with a softer bed.

We loved this hotel - it was close to everything - shops, dining, places of interests etc. Reception staff were lovely, friendly, polite and efficient. The hotel was clean and amenities and bed were comfortable. The gym was great. Parking was next door at a reasonable rate. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Graz.

This what I call a perfect hotel. The staff from A to Z very friendly and professional. The director a charm! Unbeatable location. Beautiful design. Absolute silence. CONGRATULATIONS!!!

This hotel is very close to many historical sites in this medieval city. The clock tower is at the near-top of the city. You can walk up an easy road or take the stairs from another entrance. The hotel is near the university and it is surrounded by cafes, restaurants, bars, high-end shops, and just over the river is a farmer’s market. The hotel is comfortable and modern, the breakfast is amazing. It is a wonderful place to stay for anyone who wants to learn and enjoy this amazing city. Check out the knights in the armory to throw you back into the Middle Ages.

Fantastic location, all tourist locations are with 10/15 mins walk. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Clean rooms. No bar or evening restaurant is the only let down, but no huge problems as everything you need is on its doorstep
