It is in a good location,But it is a no frills hotel. No benefits They asked for 20 pesos for coffee . Very comfortable bed and clean shower

I had no problems with my stay. The room could use some maintenance because it is starting to look old. The gentleman working at the front desk was very helpful.

The rooms are uncomfortable,, the kitchen didn’t have any utensils to cook or eat with, they cleaned only every 7 days. No mirrors in the room, the extractor in the bathroom was extremely noisy. I regretted choosing this hotel

What i like no isdues in requesting clean towels or toiletries... what i dont like is that e erytime i stay there they disconnect the key at 11am during checkout day and checkout us at 12pm.. I have to go to the lobby and have the key card reactivated... also they have a swimming pool but its always cold. They should add heated lamps to heat uo the pool. Ive been staying at this place for over a year. And I can hardly ever use the pool. Its always cold...

Requested 2 keys and denied. Only 2 towels for 3 people. No bed spread on beds just sheets.

They need to work on cleaniless of the rooms and linens. Rooms have the bare minimum. No towels. Asked for them at the front desk and they never arrived. I had to get there to demand a pair of towels. The towels were barely acceptable. Can't recommend.

As this was listed as an extended stay suite - would be impossible to stay they for an extended stay! No coffee maker, no plates - no nothing! Beds were okay but just okay! Nowhere around to eat! Was pretty disgusted! Would never recommend this place to anyone ever!

This is a good business hotel for longer stays. I really appreciate the fact that each room has it's own kitchen. The beds are pretty confortable and each room has heater/AC. The only thing I feel that this hotel needs to improve is the cleanliness of the rooms when you check in. The room was pretty dirty when I checked in and I had to clean it myself.

It is located on a strategic area with everything necessary near to it and easy access

The hotel was semi clean and the staff was okay. We asked repeatedly to have our room cleaned due to other guests food smelled horribly into our room and floor, the staff would reassure someone would change the linens and spray aroma to lessen the smell and didn’t do it until the following day. We were then disturbed in our room because they there was a noise complaint about furniture being moved, but it wasn’t us, it was the next room.
