We have stayed here a few times. It is comfortable and easy to get to. Everything was great.

The hotel staff were super friendly! Unfortunately, rude and inconsiderate guests were being loud and obnoxious.
This is obviously not the hotel's fault but because the walls are so thin, we could hear it all.

This hotel is amazing! They surprised my son and set up some birthday decorations, with some cupcakes and all the works! He was so surprised and excited! Staff is very helpful and kind!

Every time I travel to Ruidoso I stay here. I love this hotel. It’s right on highway 70, easy access. Rooms are great, spacious and always sparkling clean. Breakfast is always good.

Felt a little uneasy when I pulled up and there were guys in the parking lot with lawn chairs set up drinking beer lol I was pleasantly surprised when I walked inside. Upon arrival I was nervous that it may be a little sketchy, but it was not at all. Clean, friendly and welcoming staff, and good prices. Beautiful view as well of the mountains.

Checked in and they tried to tell me i had reserved 3 rooms. Just here over night for a doctor appointment. 1 room 2 people is what i reserved.

We stayed for anniversary, the hotel provided a complimentary bottle of wine.

The online web page said that check was at 3pm. When I arrived the front desk said that check in was at 4pm. It took a good five minutes to get a room.

Didn’t feel safe and place was dirty. Breakfast was not good.

The stay was plecent the only issue I have the room 320 needs some mainteinance in the furniture like doors whee is the fridge the floor was squiken every step, and the shampoo was empty.
The temperature of the pool little bit cold.

Bathroom is ver run down. Light around mirror doesn't work so it is very dark. Water damage is visible. Dirty, moldy caulking around tub. Ceiling pealing.
