I was traveling with family and had booked 2 rooms. At check in we discovered that both rooms were lacking an extra bed we required. At that time the front desk clerk went above and beyond insuring we got a different room with a bed required. He was very polite and accommodating.

Very nice hotel with great amenities. Breakfast is great as well, highly recommend you stay here if you have kids the pool and water slides and water park were a blast

Always great for a staycation/birthday with the kids. The rooms by the pool are perfect for this, and the staff is always great

Staff are excelente and the hotel is clean the beds are springy and could use some sort of topper, also our room was above the boiler room and the boiler cycled on and off all night we were able to hear it and it kept us awake. Staff were very apologetic about it but there was nothing they could do to fix the noise. I will make sure I don’t get that room again. Other than that very satisfied with the hotel.

My family and I stay here often while we’re travelling. It has a small pool for children under 1m and a little water park. The food is ok; there is usually a bit of a wait for the waffles. The hotel and rooms are clean. The man at the front desk when I checked in wasn’t very friendly, but other than that the stay was good.

Nice, spacious, comfortable room. Restaurant just across the parking lot so we didn’t have to drive after a long travel day. Complimentary breakfast in the morning was very good.

Beds were comfortable, breakfast was good. I have requested adjoining rooms but was not given that. Service at the front desk was just ok. The pools heater was not working properly so kids were disappointed by that. For the price i think i would look elsewhere the next time.

The property was nice good location near good food and golf the front staff willingness to help when I need a schedule change 3days in advance poor ,the person I had an issue come up on a Monday that meant I had to check out a day earlier which was a Thursday and at the front desk all I got was nope nope you have already checked in you can not change this you will be here for the week. I did check out a day earlier after a 3hr wait and call to head office and when leaving I didn’t even get a thank you or have a nice day

Clean and new. Bed uncomfortable and I couldn’t sleep. Also perhaps because the air conditioning cycled on/off and was extremely noisy.

Hot tub and pool were out of order. We drove 8 hours and chose the hotel specifically for that reason. We would have chosen somewhere else. I found some toys under the heater from the previous guests in our room. Bed was comfortable for me. My friend in 326 didn’t agree for her beds. Our kids were upset about the pool.

We were not told the hot tub and pool/slides didn’t work at check in, after a 9 hour drive with 2 kids excited about pool/slides it was a great disappointment, we were not told before hand. No vending machines or snacks past 5pm.

Good location. Super friendly staff. Very disappointed the pool was cold. Why we chose this hotel. Stayed here 3 years ago and the pool was cold then as well. Customers should be told prior to booking.
