Good stay nice complimentary coffee in the foyer. A bit tetchy on the breakfast timeliness, too keen to tidy stuff away from 9.30 despite period being up to 10.00.

We visited Sapporo from 8/18/2024 to 9/1/2024, and stayed in 3 hotels. I am going to include 3 hotels in one review. 1. Tokyu Stay Sapporo Odori, 8/18/2024 - 8/24/2024: Nice location, 2 minutes away from Odori Station, 2 minutes away from Tanikukoji 5, and very close to Mitsukoshi, PARCO, Susukino’s shopping, dinning places and other commercial areas. Very friendly staff. English speakers. Spacious and comfortable lobby, offering coffee and tea 24 hours. Microwave and laundry machine (washer/dryer in one) available in our room, so convenient for people who stay for several days in hot season. We had a high floor and could see a little bit of mountains, but most of the Mountain view was blocked by a building next to the hotel. Breakfast was OK. Cons: the ceiling of the room was low. The toilet room smelled weird. The air of the room was not very fresh but the window was not allowed to open. 2. La’gent, 8/25/2024 - 8/30/2024: it was next to Tokyu Stay. The location was as nice as Tokyu. The window could be opened to get fresh air. Onsen was great, although crowded in the evening. The building temperature was set very cool so that guests felt very released from outside heat and humidity. The vanities surface and storage space in toilet room was bigger than the other two hotels. Our room window faced south and could see the Tanukikoji and Ferris Wheel. Breakfast was ok. Two public laundry machines on 2nd floor which were very busy most of the day

Only one thing that I would mention about this hotel, is that it's very hard to refresh the air in the room because it had all fixed type windows. All others are fantastic for staying here.

The room is very clean and spacious!!

The hotel was a great value! The room was spacious and neatly equipped with a microwave, a,cook top, a sink and a washing machine. Everything was near and you can walk all the way to the Sapporo Station underground.

Every staff in the hotel were very kind, and room was so clean and comfortable. And the parking officer were so kind as well. I think it would be more better if one side of the blanket would closed. The inner blanket was about to get out of the outside blanket. Everthing including breakfast was so good. Thank you for comfortable trip in my 4 days.

Cozy and clean room. Easy access to many nice restaurants and tourist sites. Very kind staffs. Only one downside is too high parking fee.1800 yen per day.

Very good, clean, convenient, can cook, but a bit small

Nice quiet location within walking distance to Sapporo Station, Odori Park, Tanukikoji, and ramen alley where we found the best ramen broth made from prawns, pork and chicken broth. We had a rental car and parking was a breeze with their elevator parking system. The in-room laundry unit was a big plus, it was very quiet, you can run the wash and dry cycle overnight. It’s a small unit, so we had to hang up a few of the heavier items after the dry cycle to make sure they dry completely.

The front desk staff were all very helpful, hospitable, caring & gracious. Location great, near train stations, shopping area & restaurants are everywhere! We would definitely stay here again!!!

Great place to stay, right next to Odori Station and Odori park with several shopping areas, but also a few blocks away from the super busy areas and this was a positive. Located Right along the tram line (200yen fixed rides) made moving around easy. We stayed 7 days and the breakfast was repetitive but good. Modern, clean and efficient hotel with minimum staff interaction, until needed. For those it matters, the daily room service does not make the bed or clean the floor/toilets (this is done once, if you stay for a week).

Hotel is located in central district, access to subway is about 10 minutes. (May be 4 minutes to get to a stair to underground, but still require much longer walk to the subway turnstile.) Easy access to underground, lots of shopping from the Odari station to the Sapporo Station. Also a reasonable walk to the Niji Market, and the Tanuki Koji Street shopping. The hotel room is quite spacious, featuring 3 sinks. There is also a washing machine, though we did not use. The air conditioning doesn't seem to operate correctly. When setting to a desired temperature, the A/C will continue to run even after reaching the temperature. But the worse part of the stay is the breakfast. While it is quiet, as not many people goes to the breakfast there, there is absolutely no variety of food. Everything is lacking, limited choice of bread, salad ran out, limited choice of dressing, all other food are limited. They don't even offer any kind of juice. Very disappointed.

The room is clean and big enough for two of us. We love the washing machine dryer in our room. It’s convenient to have a restaurant on the second floor, but when we order food there, we were told we can’t eat at the restaurant as the restaurant will close in 29 minutes. We were there at 9:07pm and the restaurant will close at 10pm.

The room was very well designed. It looked small but the size was perfect and I had enough space for everything. I was impressed that the elevator automatically takes me to my floor when I scan the card and my room had shoe cleaning tools. The hotel has well thought out rooms and is in a great location. I wish I stayed here longer.

Great hotel very convenient

Excellent spots, hotel room pretty good and very convenient to shopping areas. We have a pleasant stay. And also washing machine with dryer is superb.
