We had a great time. Most of the employees were very friendly and helpful.

The Hotel St. Louis was an extremely nice property. Very small rooftop pool that didn't bother me at all..nice shape of pool and a nice view. The staff were very friendly and helpful..5 stars to them!! The hotel has an adjoining spa that was closed on Saturday and Sunday due to a lack of workers. But I was informed the matter was being addressed. Overall, great weekend getaway

Such potential..beautiful property, just a few “misses”..Room wasn’t ready even though we arrived just after 4 pm (check in time)..ok, we’ll grab a drink in the lobby bar..food was excellent but bartender couldn’t keep up with what was likely about 14 customers. Checked in! Beautiful room..went to event and made it back for a nightcap at rooftop bar. Very fun! Poolside this AM..no towels and just generally in need of being tidied up. Time to check out..valet was a MESS!

The hotel was beautiful and clean. We did have a service issue at the bar (no bartender and then whoever served us couldn't figure out how to check us out). The area around the hotel is dilapidated and raises safety concerns. The bartender we had later in the day, named Troy, was excellent. Super friendly and helpful. 5 stars for Troy!

We came in to go to a baseball game. The hotel was really nice and in walking distance to the stadium. The building next door is unfortunately under construction which made the area slightly less desirable, but I would stay here again

I’ve been to St.Louis a number of times and this hotel is by far the best. Definitely will be where I would stay when I come back

The staff and the property were amazing. We loved them and they treated us like family. There were some sketchy things around the hotel, but unfortunately, nothing you won't see in a larger city. Not the hotel's fault for sure. Would stay there again.

The staff that greets you were wonderful. The place is very interesting. Lots of cool stuff going on at this place. However, that couldn’t overcome the experience. It was difficult to get drinks. The outside view is atrocious. The billing department is worse. The room was paid for already but they still charged us $100 up front (ok, we’ll get that back ) When we received our invoice, we were charged $50.40 for valet that we DIDN’T use. We were then charged another $100 on checkout and another $100 a couple hours later. We still have $200 on hold and the third $100 over drafted our credit card! Ridiculous. We could never stay there again.

Upgraded me to a suite for free..

Well, first I had ordered a balcony suite and I got up to my room and there was no balcony. Then I went to make coffee. I open the Keurig. There was a used K cup in it. The only coffee that was in the room was decaffeinated and nowhere to park but a $50 valet, don’t forget to Tip The pool had an amazing view of graffiti broken windows and abandoned buildings

The hotel was very nice. The food was good at the bar. The place was very stylish and cool. The bathroom was SUPER nice!!!

Not impressed. Thought this would be our "splurge" nice hotel to round out our trip to the Bahamas. We had decided to spend the night in STL prior to driving home so were tired from traveling and just wanted some place relaxing and nice. This place was very nice (at one time) but does not appear well maintained as everything has faded with it. The building around this hotel are also not well maintained with lots of graffiti and crumbling bricks. I had reserved a suite with a balcony but were not given a balcony as none were available. It is valet parking only though there is a garage across from the hotel that was okay. We wanted to walk to dinner but the area did not feel very safe with lots of panhandlers. The staff were very polite but obviously overworked or did not care. When I had questions, the phones kept ringing and they kept stopping our conversation to answer and then dismissing me. All of the phones apparently malfunctioned or something and there was an alarm at 6am that woke the entire hotel up. There was an overhead announcement stating that it was a mistake. Never received an apology for that and it made for a tired morning. There were no extra blankets or towels. Looked at the pool but no hot tub. Honestly, I have had much better experiences at less fancy and cheaper hotels. Not worth the money. Do not recommend.

Loved the hotel atmosphere. The restaurant did not get our food order correct, so left without eating. The breakfast stopped at 10am. The server was great in the evening and tried to make the experience better. Bartender was knowledgeable and pleasant.

Clean, comfortable, walkable and very nice!

The hotel itself is nice and staff is friendly. The issue is response time for things broken or falling apart . It was the next day before they replaced the broken steamer which was needed the night before. Also asked for replacement batteries on the makeup mirror and never got them . 1 coffee cup for 2 people. Bed was comfy but the pillows were not good. Delivered oatmeal with no spoons so it was cold by the time we ate it. Would stay again but they need more attention to detail.

There was not nearly enough staff to take care of guests. We experienced rudeness a number of times from staff members. When we got there, we had to ask for sheets for the pullout sofa. We asked two times about three hours apart and finally had to go downstairs to get her own sheets the third time. on the second day we were there out of three days they decided not to clean our room at all. I have never left for any hotel but the service was so terrible. I felt like it would be best to caution anyone wanting to stay at this place.

Staff was amazing. Rooms were clean and had nice amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

Ice machine on our floor was broken and we heard guns shots while in our suite that was wrong room and didn’t have a bath tube like the one we booked
