Really loved my stay here. Staff were extremely friendly and attentive, evening buying me a birthday cake and singing happy birthday. Rooms were clean, spacious and well appointed. Would definitely stay here again.

When we got to happy life the reception was full of people and it took them quite a while to come and tell us we did not have our 2 rooms that we had booked It was obvious they had over booked even though they were telling us there was a water leak in one of the rooms. We were moved to another hotel and the property did not have a roof top bar and restaurant like Happy Life. The room was very small and not as good as the one we had booked at Happy Life. We are very dissatisfied with this outcome. Chan is the lady who was given the job to deal with the situation and she was very nice. Not her fault it had happened. We also saw other people that had also been moved to the other hotel. I took a long time researching and picking Happy Life. I have never complained or been unhappy about any room we have ever booked. But this was a disgrace

This property was very misleading photos online do not match up with what you see now the room was very old fashioned and half the stuff did not work. It took us 20 minutes to check in and even 20 minutes to check out it was one of the slowest process I've ever had.

I have barely been at the hotel for 18 hours and then this unpleasant experience happened to me. D.12.07 at about 8.45 we went up and had breakfast and came back down at about 9.35 we were going to go out and see Saigon, I had to count my money and then I discovered that I have lost money.!! I called down to the reception and asked if anyone had entered the opposite room.. They checked mates and said that a technician came in past 9.04 and came out at 9.05 to check if the water in the tap was okay.? He wanted to be sure so he went back in at 9.06 and at 9.07 he came out? What the hell did he do and why did they have to go back in right after each other.??!!! They won't be able to give me back a fair decision. Even their hotel manager could not do anything to make their could be a little better satisfied. I just had to bite the bullet and leave. I was not at all satisfied with their SERVICE for the unpleasant experience I got into, if this happened to me what has happened to other customers.!!

Decent hotel, clean enough, excellent location. Not the Ritz, but the lobby staff particularly are very friendly and helpful. The location is the best part, close to the tourist attractions but not too close to the loud nightlife area.

Hotel location convenient, walking distance to Ben Thanh Market. Staffs super friendly and going above and beyond to make your stay memorable. A big thank you especially to Jade and Joy and the staffs at the lobby area.

Staff made a mistake and checked me out of hotel one day earlier than my booking and would not let me stay in hotel my last night unless I paid again for an extra night .

Jade is their best staff member. She was like my assistant to anything i needed do if you go there adk gor her and she will look after any where you want to go, make sure you have a good breakfast, order your meals etc

It is a nice hotel. The old name of this hotel was Lotus. Breakfast had Vietnamese food so you can try various food during the breakfast buffet. I see very little people for lunch probably because it becomes expensive with the extra charges. Two dishes will come to 400k and with added charges it will be 700k. The lady at the entrance who helps setup tours was very friendly.

Nice staff and location.

I truly loved this place!!! The staff was excellent. Jade is super sweet, professional and very helpful. Every time we would run into her she was attentive and caring. The bartender from the roof bar and the lovely waitress SUPER. From the doorman to the staff at restaurant, everyone is very sweet. The hotel is at an excellent location. My wife and I were able to walk everywhere. My only regret is not staying there longer.

Everything is as great. Good location, very helpful staff but the only problems were no windows in rooms and the pool and gym were very bad. The pool was more like a paddling pool 1.2 feet deep. The gym was just a few cardio machines is a tiny room
