We stayed 1 night when arriving in Wellington, we arrived very late ( after midnight) and your staff was there to greet us and we were in our room within a few minutes. We were immediately offered a late checkout, which was awesome as we were very tired from our flight. Everything was in good condition and we stayed without any issues.

We arrived in middle of the night, hotel staff at the desk was there and ready to check us in. They even gave us a late check out so we could rest.

Exceptional hotel and location couldn't be better. 5 minutes from leaving the room to checking in.

The reception staff were not very welcoming or friendly - the hotel is looking very shabby or unclean in the corridors - the shower heads were blocked and only a trickle of water pressure - not very good vegetarian options in the dining in the hotel but plenty to eat and drink in the airport which the hotel is situated in so its super easy to grab or dine in the airport if you wanted - bed was super comfy - there was sky movie premier channel or regular TV - would only recommend for ease of airport, otherwise better hotels in the city and therefore way better eating/dining options....

The room was very good but not the bsthroom. The shower spread over the floor and the plug in the hand basin would not come out

It was great to get up in the morning and be in the right place to catch an early morning plane.

Nice meal and service at wing’s restaurant.
Comfortable bed.
But the noisy fridge wouldn’t stop running all night, until I turned the power off.
The toilet seat was loose as were the floppy bedside lamps. The room needs some maintenance.

This is quite a new hotel but boy is it tired already. The carpets in the hallways were really dirty and stained. Bathrooms are super tiny and the windows creak and groan. Very noisy in the room. Given that it’s just a quick overnight for most people it’s super expensive for bed only.

The best bed we have slept in! King Size, and it was lush. Once we laid our head on the pillow we were out like a light. Very very nice.

Very convenient but the pillows were cheap and horrible and they had no other options so if you like a feather pillow then take your own. Quite disappointing for the high price.

Modern, clean and comfortable room. Service was great. I had to delay my stay because of a flight cancellation and they moved my booking to accommodate without any extra charges. The mark of great service is what they do when you have a problem and they were 10/10 on that!

Super convenient as we had a 6.15am flight ... its right next to the airport. Very comfortable.
I found someones dirty sock left under the bathroom sink. Just looks like they don't clean under there very often. But that was the only little issue. Would stay again
