My stay was very nice. I was greeted right away by staff. Very professional and friendly! They informed me of the hours for pool, breakfast and check out time. My room was very clean and comfortable! They also had a variety of pillows, one was a soft one which I like. The place was well kept and decorated nicely for fall. In the morning I went to breakfast. There was a nice variety of a selection to choose. The coffee was very good as well. The staff was there asking if everything was okay and promptly filling low selections. Very friendly and nice smiles and greeted when passing by. There was a frig in the room so that was nice. I would go there again.

Staff was very courteous and helpful. Breakfast bar was "light" on assortment compared to other hotels of similar quality and price.

Everything was good except for the shower, it would only turn to extreme cold, or extreme heat, since it was a very short extreme heat shower I did take, when I went to use the fan, it would run but the steam would not leave, I did not want to open bathroom door since my sister was still asleep. I did mention this to the service desk, they were very sorry, wanted to give me some sort of refund but could not since I booked it through an agency. Lesson learned there. Very friendly employees, and the breakfast area was still well stocked at 9 am. Would stay there again

It was a comfortable stay. The rooms are a little older but very clean. Location was great. Breakfast was very nice. Staff was great. The only issue we had was the room next to us had loud kids at 530AM. Walls are a little thin. Wasnt anything the hotel can do to fix that but that was a personal issue for us.

Rooms were clean and they didn't smell. Bed was very comfortable. There were plenty of towels for us. Ice machine worked. The gal at the desk told us about a tasty pizza place that delivered. Price was reasonable. Lobby area very pleasant and delightful to the eye. Room was quiet. All and all it was A GREAT STAY!

Stayed 3 nights. Outstanding customer service as each request for extra room supplies was provided quickly and with a smile. The town of Hastings had great food offerings within short distances

Just ok for the price. Basic continental breakfast included. Upon entering the room it smelled as if a smoker was in there previously, although it's labeled non-smoking.
Bathroom had 2 issues:
1) Drain in sink was broken and stuck shut.
2) Sitting on very loose toilet seat was like being on a swivel chair

When we first arrived the door key didn’t work and we had to go down from the 3rd 4 different times to get a working key. Then get in the room and toilet isn’t working maybe every 3 flushes. Told them about it and we will get maintenance on it. Get back 4 hours later to the toilet still not working. We all had to use the bathroom in the pool area. Then ask to talk to a manager and was told 10 minutes. She showed up 40 minutes later and said I think I fixed it. Nope we needed up doing a temporary fix on it which only worked a few times as we were checking out the next day. Was told we will adjust your bill for the inconvenience. A whole $50 was taking off for us having to use the bathroom in the pool.

Property is really showing it's age. The door keys never work. Updates on the door locks have been needed for a long time. Nothing gets fixed at this place.
