The cigar smoke smell is terrible. We stay for convenience travel purposes and be near the airport area. We had children and regret it! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS “HOTEL”.

The staff during check-in and later were very helpful and kind. The area around is pretty sketchy. We attended a concert and afterwards wanted to get a snack at the gas station next door and there were cars lined up in front like there were drug deals happening. Also, when I looked at my credit card activity after check out, it looks like the hotel charged the amount for the room 3 times!!! I will be watching my activity to see if all 3 get posted or if pending charges fall off. I tried calling the property to talk to them about this but no phone number that I found would actually connect. The call either dropped or I got a message saying the mailbox was completely full and no message could be left. Sounds fishy to me. Probably won't stay here again.

Massive amount of mold in the bathroom that was eating the ceiling. It smelled like weed. The people were friendly and the staff was helpful.

Staff is super easy going, very helpful, and courteous. Rooms are ok, but cleaned very poorly. I stayed in 2 different rooms 2 nights in a row. Beds are a little wore out. No bugs. Good furniture. Surrounding area is full of drugs and prostitutes but motel has gated parking lot and security. I felt safe enough. Overall for the price its a good place. I woukd stay again.

If I could give zero stars I would. This room was disgusting! The room looked as if it had been rented by the hour and not cleaned. There were fresh stains on the bed spreads, chair and table tops. There was drug residue in the drawers and long women’s hair all over the room. We left immediately and demanded a refund! There were people loitering in the parking lot. There was no furniture in the check in area and the attendant bullet proof glass.

We got this hotel and I was so disgusted with it all that we left after about 3 hours. Got in the room and in the bathroom there was hair on the floor that wasn't ours. Then I tried to shower. On the 1st floor the water was barely coming out. Then the shower was a handheld and it was broken to where you had to hold it. With that and no water pressure, I was disgusted. We went and did our thing and when came back, we made the decision to leave. Never offered a different room. Never asked to see if we wanted a refund. Just said he would ask his manager. Totally sickens mer. Never been to one this bad.

The room was decent. The floors hadn’t been mopped and were very dirty, the bathroom tub had mold all the way around it and the bottom of the shower curtain. The spout in the bathtub was barely attached.

Isn't okay place if you're there just for an overnight stay the carpet on the third floor could be a little cleaner although it's a smoking area the comforters on the bed could be a little better than the ones that got cigarette burns on it

Our room was nasty. The sitting chair had stains in it, someone colored on the wall with pen, stuff splattered on walls and a/c unit, the bathroom ceiling was rotting out, moldy, and gross. There was a chunk of wall missing in the bathroom. The shower head needed replaced. One of the streams from the shower head was painful. Also, the mattress protectors were stained and visibly dirty. It also had a stinch of smoke/weed. We won't be going back. It was crap for what I paid for it.

We were nervous about the area being safe as we approached the hotel. Upon arrival, there was garbage all over the ground, only a few cars in the parkinglot, and somebody was doing drugs in the parkinglot. We decided it was not a safe place for our family or our vehicle, and we left without even going inside. What a waste of money.

I will never stay at a place like this again! With being there a little under 2 hours after checking in we saw two drug deals, people just walking in and out of the place and were only 3-5 cars in the parking lot. The entire place smelled like weed! Someone was even growing weed on the second floor in the window! We checked out immediately and went somewhere that was a million times cleaner and safer! This place seriously needs to be shut down!

The shower dripped all night, Does spicy coming out of the wall in the shower was coming out of the wall. Refrigerator not working and the tv remotes need replaced. Shame on Wyndham for buying Super 8's and LEAVING THEM DISGUSTING AND NOT IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS AND THE TERRIBLE SMELLS!! The Staff was EXCELLENT!

It was available and the lobby was clean, clean smelling,it also had rms for people that smoked. The front desk person was kind and made the check in easy although it was a last minute choice.

Everything was exactly as expected. We stay in average hotels so the level of cleanliness was expected (not super clean but not really dirty either, just so so which is about the norm for the places we stay). The carpet was new and that was nice! The one thing that was disappointing was breakfast. It was the skimpiest breakfast of any hotel we've ever stayed at. We stayed 2 nights and both mornings they had bread for toast and bagels (no cream cheese), mini muffins, waffle iron, yogurt, apples and juice. No eggs or sausage, no cereal, milk, oatmeal, or bananas- any one or two of those additions would have increased the breakfast to a satisfactory level. Overall, no issues. Note: There is no place to fill your water bottle, their kitchen sink is broken and no water fountain in the building.

Disgusting. First clue was the front desk was behind bulletproof glass like a convenient store in a bad part of town. Or maybe the first clue was the aroma of weed and bleach. Now I have no issue w weed, I use myself. But when a “no smoking” business literally reeks of it? No. The room was awful. Wall in the bathroom was peeling and falling apart because there was no ventilation. There had clearly been a leak from the room above which hasn’t been adequately repaired- the ceiling sagged and was stained. There were stray hairs in both the tub and toilet. The furniture didn’t even fit the room and was damaged. The remote was held together w duct tape. No instructions on connecting to Wi-Fi and no one at the desk to show us. Not even a laundry bag. I took the liner from the trash can. And lest I forget the people yelling in the hallway at ALL hours of the night. 12…2…3..5… and I do mean yelling. Not talking. Didn’t even investigate the “express breakfast”. Can’t imagine what that mess would be. I wouldn’t stay here again for free. There seems to be a shortage of decent hotels in St. Louis. Either absolute crap holes like this one or $300 a night.

The outside of the hotel and lobby was fine. The room was a mess plastered over holes and stains everywhere. The sheets the chair in the room everywhere. Burnholes in the comforter. I actually ended up not staying and booking another room

Got to our room, and they had put us in a room that the entire shower was taken apart. Parts and towels were everywhere in the bathroom. They did switch us to a different room, but the overall experience was just “eh”.

The room was okay but we got put by the elevator so it was noisy and the wifi and tv did not work in the morning so we left early.

Our family in the area advised it was very unsafe, but we had no safety issues. It was noisy and the walls were very thin. Folks were up and in and out at all hours of the night and it woke up my kiddos.

It’s was an ok last min booking for a stay …. My room smelled like cologne and cigarettes, one pillowcase was dirty, the hair blow dryer did not work make sure you pack toothpaste!!!but overall 5/10 INCLUDED BREAKFASTS WAS A plus !!!!!!!!

Great. Big room with comfy bed and stands on both sides of bed with outlets!! Seating plus a desk and nice bath.

I would not recommend staying here at all.

I saw all the mixed reviews but I still decided to give it a chance with this hotel. Worst mistake ever. The man at the front desk was extremely rude and snatched my ID then yelled at me, after the rude check in I got to my room. I already had a horrible feeling because the elevators smelled of urine and my room was right across from the elevator. The room itself was a nightmare. There were holes in the walls, the ceiling was leaking, the sink was broken, the bathroom was filthy, the sheets had burn holes in them, blood stains on them as well and the phone in the room did not work. I was disgusted. Absolutely terrible. The entire environment was the worst thing I’ve ever experienced. I ended up getting a full refund and leaving immediately. I didn’t even stay for 20 minutes before I left.
