Pool was closed which was the whole reason we booked this hotel so the baseball team and kids could swim after their games.

When we checked in - they were very nice but told me they didn't have any 2 queen suite rooms available even though that is what I booked and paid for. They put us in a 2 queen room and said that was all they had left and it was the same price. I am sure it was not - but settled for what they had left. Property was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

Too many things not working or broken. The pool was nice but the floor was dirty and the exit door was left slightly open. Not safe. We closed it. The staff was courteous and friendly. My son's bathroom door did not close and maintenance never showed up to fix it. Breakfast was good. Although they ran out of some things early. The lobby was nice and comfortable. One of the exit doors didn't open with key card. Our room was nice but the window was very drafty. Not our favorite hotel but not our least favorite either.

The last time I stayed here was about 18 months ago it was dirty. I thought I’d give it one more chance because we wanted a room with a couch, nope still dirty. Our shower had dark hairs on the walls, the floor looked like it hadn’t been moped. The trash in the dining area was piled up and overflowing. We didn’t go to the pool this time so not sure how that area was but our disgusting bathroom was enough for me to permanently boycott. We will never stay here again. The tru Hilton across the street is a much cleaner hotel. The rooms are smaller, but I will gladly sacrifice square footage for cleanliness any day. I was going to take photos but didn’t bother because I stayed here during Covid and sent pictures to management and obviously no one cares. It’s very sad it used to be a very nice place to stay. We used to stay several times a year when visiting family. My kids loved it because of the pool and proximity to bdubs and other restaurants.

We always stay in Holiday Inn Express hôtels. This one was fine except someone did a terrible job caulking around the tub and sink.

Huge shower. Tv was the right height. Had a nice cushy chair. Plenty to eat for breakfast. Really impressed with the bathroom size and layout in general

The tub needs attention. It does not drain properly and the caulk around the edges has been peeled away but not properly removed or re-caulked. There was not a towel/shower mat to walk out of the shower safely. Staff were very friendly.

We booked the hotel because of the price and reviews. The outside of the hotel and the lobby look new. The bed was comfortable. Our first two rooms had an odor about them that was unbearable. Our the third room smelled fine and we appreciate the front desk staff helping us move until we got a room that had no odor. I really think it might’ve been the air conditioning or the carpet not sure what the smell was from. Know that the bathroom floor will have hairs on it and not be mopped. (I’ve noticed this trend with all HI Express locations lately). Outside of that, everything was fine. The breakfast was great! The breakfast attendant was super friendly and the items were fresh and well stocked. The front desk was also friendly.

It was an amazing stay. The breakfast was always stocked. The pool area echoes really bad but that’s the only bad thing about this hotel!

Easy check-in. Staff was very helpful. Really comfortable beds. My kids enjoyed the pool, but the area behind the chaise lounges in the pool area needs to be cleaned. There was dirt and a bunch of dead bugs. We also had to ask for bath towels for our bathroom also.

Chose this hotel because it was close to the event we attended, and because it has an indoor pool. Breakfast was good. Room comfortable. WIFI speed good.
