When it rains, water from the roof above drops onto the window / air conditioner of 219 sounds like an animal scratching to get in all night long.

Our stay was fine, we didn’t eat the breakfast but this hotel was I inexpensive and close to 69.

Easy to get in and out of the parking lot. Well lit and clean. Super staff and management, really care about your comfort and needs.

I have stayed here many times for business and its like a home away from home. Breakfast is convenient before heading to work.

Wheelchair access room was not wheelchair friendly. The door to the bathroom opened in a way which made it extremely difficulty to get in and out of the bathroom. The shower chair provided for the bathtub/shower combo was covered in soap scum and not clean. (My fiance was not have been able to get in the shower but refused to try to shower chair was so dirty and nasty.) The ceiling had paint and plaster missing, the carpet felt dirty under your feet, the carpet was pulling away from the wall, the walls were dingy, and in general the room did not feel clean. The number of glowing lights in the room required covering to allow for darkness to sleep was ridiculous. We used 4 towels to block glowing lights. I felt like the good deal we got on the room was a big rip off. I could have stayed in a roadside budget motel that had the same level of cleanliness. The staff was very pleasant and the breakfast was good.

I was charged twice (once Expedia & once direct from hotel), outdated poor condition furniture (water damage & drawers kept opening on dresser) some wall damage, bathroom fan was making awful noise, small breakfast selection, broken hot tub, super cold pool.

The coffee maker in the room was dirty, but otherwise, it was a great stay.

We booked the hotel to use a hot tub but the hot tub was down due to maintenance there were no notices prior to booking that the advertised services were unavailable

Our stay at the Baymont is always pretty great. The service is always friendly and helpful and the hotel is always nice and clean. Breakfast is a nice touch with good options.

Good hotel, will be stay next time

The primary issue was how dirty everything was. The room smelled like stale smoke consistently, the tile floor in the room was so filthy I realized that’s what was turning the bottom of my feet black, there was soap scum clogged in the bathroom drain, and the inside of the coffee pot hadn’t been cleaned. Everything also just seemed damp and musty. I could never recommend this property in its current state.

The desk clerk provided directions to the Auburn Cord Duesenberg Museum, which was my reason for visiting Auburn, IN.

The A/c was so dirty it barley cooled the air but we didnt notice until after we was out of the shower an laying in bed by now its 1130 p.m. an we have to be at the hospital for surgery for my wife at 530 a.m. we didnt go in the room untill about 10pm we checked in at 730pm but we didnt go in we went an got dinner first. By the time we figured out the ac didnt work well my wife said shes just ready for sleep before surgery in a.m. or id have asked to chamge rooms but im sure all the ac u its were just as dirty as the one in the room i was in 117 actually

The room had a musty odor that we noticed immediately upon entry. We reserved a king suite with a sofa. We left to go to dinner and found the entry door wouldn’t open as there was something wrong with the lockset. It looked like the door might have been previously broken into. We checked out and checked into another hotel. I do not recommend this hotel.

It was really disappointing. Called on sunday to confirm the hot tub was working, told yes & that the pool ran a little cool. The hot tub was not working & had been not working for several days, with stagnat water & bugs in it. The pool was frigid and murky. Not enough towels in the pool area. There were dead bugs near the pool, & a live beetle in our bathroom. An upstairs guest was running/stomping from 1120 to midnight and called the front desk 3 times and was told they "have heavy foot steps and would ask them to walk softer". Continental breakfast at 930 on saturday had 2 biscuits for biscuits and gravy, and a couple cold choices. Fairly sure the bed sheets were dirty prior to us staying. All of the facilities were out of date. I realize its a small town and not a regular stop for many but it gave baymont hotels a bad name. They did offer me a 20% discount or to let me not stay the second night. We chose to stay because we were already there. Hopefully that price will be honored on my billing statement.

Fix broken hot tub,fix broken doorknob, fix luggage cart, showerhead and tub faucet was corroded, weird smell, also elevator needs to be checked. DirectTV was nice. Good location! Staff very friendly!

It was good the staff are great the rooms could be cleaned little better,and breakfast could be a little more appetizing but over all it's a good place to stay for a night or two....

The pool was ice cold, the spa wasn't working. The breakfast was AWFUL!

Not the fanciest hotel, but it was great for the price we paid. If I had any advice for improvement, it’d be to work on the gravy.

There were many areas that were not updated, clean, etc. Pool area had a hole in ceiling, ladder was very loose. There was a chewed piece of gum on the lamp shade in our room, sticky microwave, lots of maintenance and updating needs done at this location. Seemed like many may reside there and there was a lot of hanging out/drinking/music in the parking lot. Website definition gave false info and pics for this location

Breakfast was cereal and waffles coffee and juice and tv went out one whole day

Average low cost room. The bath tub [first floor room] had more of a drop than expected and nearly fell getting out. Plus, when first getting into the shower, it was always very slick until the cleaner washed away. The hot breakfast average/mediocore.

Very nice hotel.

Easy access from the interstate, conveniences around and reasonable prices

The tub in the deluxe king room was slighty nasty. When filled up and jes turned could see the nasty mold and old soap in water. Bed was super hard and uncomfortable. Other then that wasnt a terrible stay.
