Only one night stay. The apt was clean. More like to adjacent bedrooms with a kitchen than an actual apartment. There were grocery shops and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. A quiet area. Can recommend for a few days stay.

The location is great, the staffs are also very nice and supportive, we asked for late arrival and everything worked out very well. The rooms is a good size and has kitchen as well which is convenient for long stays. There is free parking available too. The main problem was of course the beds. The mattress is extremely uncomfortable, the pillows too, we have difficulties sleeping the first night and we got additional pillows the second night, but we decided to end our stays there and move to another hotel nearby the oldtown for the third and fourth night as we realised the beds and the pillows are not comfortable at all. Perhaps the management would like o add some extras there to ensure the sleep quality will be there too.

Just to be clear this is like staying in a simply-furnished one-bedroom apartment in a residential area close to downtown. There are some hotel-like amentites: they'll make up your room and provide fresh towels, but there is no room service and their English is just workable. Overall we loved it. Recommended, especially if you might spend some evenings at home.

Its a big apartment, very clean and with all the things you can use for a week. The shower is one the best i had in my entire business traveling.

The rooms are enormous, there is enough space for all the guests. really nice location with downtown really close.

The Apartmenthaus says on Expedia that the apartments have Air Condition - it has not! It's an old building without any AC. The only thing they provide is 1 plug-in fan for the spacious apartment. The hotel right is on a very busy highway and one cannot leave the windows open at night - or even during the day for very long - it's very noisy. They provide earplugs on the pillow. Our apartment had been used by smokers previously and not being able to have the windows open for long made it worse.

Good overnight stay, we were on the way, so perfect!

The property is very clean and well kept.
