Great Stay.

We went down for a wedding for our family member, and this was the hotel the wedding party was all staying at. I was imidetly off put by the hotel immediately calling as we entered the room to see if it was too our liking. I said yes thank you and hung ups, honestly I hadn't even looked at the room I still had my bag in my arms. And we basically got changed and headed out the door. I noticed small little black ants in the bathroom before we walked out, but didn't mention it because we were in a hurry to get to the wedding after driving from Maine. And they were confined to the outline of the shower in the bathroom, I just shut the door and ran out. I honestly had forgotten about it until the next morning because we were only in the room at check in, and when we returned to the room around 2:30am to sleep. There were a lot of issues when the wedding party arrived back at the hotel the staff was horrible to the bride, and she was not provided the services she paid for, she paid to reserve the bar but the hotel didn't have the other large group leave the bar so our party wasn't even able to get in the bar.

Super clean. Big rooms (family of 5). Lots of shopping/restaurants right outside the entrance. Free breakfast was delicious and hot. Fresh cookies anytime available for free at the front desk. Just a great, easy going hotel. Will stay again and wpuld recommend!

We were only there for one night and everyone from the front desk manager to the bartender was super helpful, courteous and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to others!

Washer and dryer weren’t working. I saw a sign during breakfast that non gluten products are available upon request and I asked for it and the lady completely ignored me and never came back… not alot of choices for breakfast

We actually had a couple problems with the room upon checking in- but they were solved immediately. (Didn’t have a tv remote) but the front desk employee was great at the time. I loved the hotel, breakfast, and the area surrounding. Easy parking, would easily stay again. We asked to have an extra hour due to our family member passing and having a lot to sort out but she straight out said no and nothing else. Thought that was pretty rude. That was my only issue.

This is a great property with clean rooms and a great breakfast. Room was clean but common areas/bathrooms not as clean as my last stay. No paper towels in lobby mens room for entire morning.

Very clean, quiet and very good breakfast. very good place to stay with your pet and family.

The staff was great I was barley there 12 hours when an emergency at home so I needed to get home they where great about helping me get reimbursed for second night

The staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was modern, clean and had a nice walk in shower. The complimentary breakfast was a bonus and included several choices.

Predictably pleasant

Was treated very poorly upon checking in with my family. There were multiple other families there being treated rudely. The manager had a very bad attitude, I really wish I could leave a good review, I HATE leaving bad ones. For the price I would highly suggest another hotel in the area. We were checked in late and the manager was anything but apologetic. She seemed to be having a bad day and was more than happy to pass that along to ourselves and several other guests.

I like the property and I like the staff! Jackie, Mara and Donna at the Plymouth Fairfield Marriott make a big difference with their hospitality and welcoming attitude. I enjoy the FREE Breakfast too!

Nice property enjoyed our stay

We had a great time, it was close to where we needed to go and very convenient.

Great stay, really friendly staff. Nice clean modern room with everything you need. Free coffee and water in the lobby. Only disappointed that the fire pit was off, would have been a nice spot for a nightcap. It’s a little out of Plymouth but only $15 in an UBER so all good!

Conveniently located to a lot of stores, shopping, places to eat. Great staff!

We had a great stay here. We did have a problem with our door shutting/locking but they switched rooms right away for us. We will definitely return to this hotel when we go back!

Not good value for money - paid over $300 per night for room with two beds - housekeeping only on demand but not informed of that on check in - breakfast buffet offerings very good/hotel clean but no service provided.

The room was clean. Easy check in and check out. The only 2 complaints that I have is they need to rethink the liner that goes inside the tub. It’s too short and water gets on the floor. Also they need to put something in the floor of the tub. Very slippery. I had to use the bath mat in the tub. My granddaughter almost fell. I see a law suit happening if someone falls. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay. Would recommend this hotel.

Staff were pleasant and personable. TV didn’t work for length of stay without unplugging it for 30 seconds and then manually turning it on. Room was not cleaned or refreshed for entire 3 day stay.

Nice Hotel. Clean. Staff was accommodating. Small bar was open and had appetizer type food that prevented us from having to go out. Breakfast was good and well stocked.

Great place to stay. Great breakfast options, close to shopping, beaches and trails.
