Cute hotel, staff was great! Location was not what we expected but everything worked out well. Room was comfortable and the smart tv was a bonus!

Very convenient for a walk into the old town, and across the road from the bus station for the bus to Ljubljana. Great breakfast too. Friendly staff, quiet and clean. Recommended.

Everything is perfect. Design is modern and comfortable . Just one recommendation,probably add some sucket on the table.for some.charger.to.use.

Have to be honest about reviews of this hotel, everything was good, like location, breakfast, reception, rooms…but one thing I can’t stand for was cleaning room service…they put back the towels was in floor that I used to the rack with new towels and the stuffs on vanity was messed up around. Because it was a dusty towel I noticed right away when I stepped in the bathroom when I came back from outside. I was disappointed the person cleaned the room. That’s why I have to write the review on here hopefully the hotel manager will solve this problem to make sure it doesn’t affect to good hotel business

We loved our stay. We walked into Zagreb, had a great time. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great.

The rooms were clean, quiet, comfortable, and spacious. The location is about 2 miles from the center of town and on a busy street which is not ideal; However, transportation is close by, easy to navigate, and the buses run frequently.

The property itself was really cute, clean, and had friendly staff. It’s located right beside the tram and bus station so it’s easy to get to the town center and other areas in Zagreb in about 10-15 minutes. The rooms themself need better air conditioning. It go really hot and humid which made it hard to be in the room for long periods of time and sleep. It was too noisy to have the windows open at night.

Amazing modern hotel.

We had a really rough stay. Apparently the hotel has disabled temperature control in the rooms and our air conditioner could not be used because the hotel was on “heat mode”. Our room was about 90 degrees and there was no solution given except to open the window. Unfortunately our room was on the first floor so this was both unsafe and loud. We left it open until we tried to sleep but eventually had to close it for security. Pretty miserable night with not much sleep. Management had no solutions.

I always Stay at Hotel 9. Its clean, friendly staff, convenient, quiet.

Convenient, clean and tidy. But customers in the reception/bar downstairs were little bit noisy sometimes.

Hotel 9 was exceptional, the staff was courteous and friendly. Beautiful modern decor and very clean . Great location, close enough to Zagreb city center. Very Kind stuff and clean room Close to Bus terminal

We stayed at this property in October 2022. It was excellent. Travelled by bus from Budapest to Zagreb and walked a few yards across the street to an incredible hotel. Staff were awesome. Walked to old town and had a great meal. Very quiet hotel and convenient to travel.

Great location for the bus station, easy to get to from the airport, and perfect to just walk across the road for the next step of my journey by bus. Comfortable spacious room, great value, super breakfast. Would come back again.

Very nice room and hotel, near the central bus station and 20 minutes walk from the center. Kristina and another girl from the reception were really nice and also the cleaning ladies. Breakfast is very nice, too, and not expensive.

My stay was marred by having lost my phone at the airport. The staff all helped immeasurably to achieve the return of my phone. Everything else there was also above reproach :)
