This hotel, an homage to Paris, was just perfect. The staff could not have been warmer, nice or more responsive. The breakfast was terrific, and a meal in the bistro, especially the mussels, was terrific. Just a terrific boutique hotel.

Great experience! A beautiful and cozy hotel in a really great and central location, close to everything. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The room was gorgeously designed and the bed was really comfortable. My one recommendation would be to have a bigger size option for the robe and slippers.

The staff, in particular the front desk hosts, were excellent and very helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was delightful and the breakfasts were delicious.

1.) Breakfast was was a plus. 2.) The ladies (I regret that I didn't get their names)were very helpful, nice, and pleasant during the check in and check out as well as when we needed their help, i.e calling a taxi for us...overall a wonderful experience.

The property was quirky and nice, in an excellent location. We received an attic room, which seemed different from the pictures of what I had booked, but it was ok. Yet, not what I would have chosen myself. The breakfast was excellent, though you have to prebook your slot the day before, you can’t just turn up.

The staff at the sparrow went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and magical.

The hotel had a lot of charm, the staff was friendly and helpful, and their breakfast buffet was the best we ever had, in any country. The shower was great, and the bed was very comfortable.

Very good situated at Stureplan, cosy french style hotel, a shame you have to pay extra for cappucino at breakfast.

We stayed 5 nights. Everything is fine.

A beautiful building which looks like it's been an old established hotel which has been given a very good makeover. Wonderful friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast and very comfortable room and bed.

We are able to highly recommend this hotel. Good location, fantastic lservice and a great breakfast. We had the unique rooms and were very pleased with them. A big thank you to Grace on reception who gave us great advice and rescued us today big time!

Absolutely recommend this stylish hotel with easy walking access to all the historic parts of Stockholm; delicious breakfasts and very comfortable rooms. The staff were extremely helpful too.

The hotel is beautiful inside and out. My only concern was I requested a quiet room, I was on the Main Street with a lovely view, however it was not quiet at night, there is a reason why they supply earplugs in your room. When I checked into my room, there was leftover trash in the bathroom bin from previous visitors, and a dirty hand towel. They did take care of it right away, always very prompt with responses. The only real complaint is when I checked in, I asked about breakfast and the receptionist said it's 30 euros. I decided to buy breakfast out since that was a bit pricey for me, however I did buy it the 2nd to last day. When I checked out, I discovered the breakfast was already included in my room payment - that I should have eaten every day. Very confusing communication and all the final checkout receptionist could say was he wasn't the one who checked me in. I was there 5 nights so it would be have nice to have a credit or even to have been told at checkin to use the breakfast since it was included in my reservation.
