The room was a little crowded for us and hard to move around in unless one of us remained seated. There were things to do but so many people using the pool, the gym and the pool table that we could not get to them.

Check-in and check-out process was slow. Hotel staff member was not at desk. We ended up having to go and look for him in a side room. Our room at check-in was also dirty/not cleaned by housekeeping. We arrived late at the hotel (after 7pm) so we were disappointed that we were not able to immediately get into a room. The hotel clerk apologized and provided us with a new room. Breakfast buffet was good with plenty of choices. Beds were comfortable. Pet fee is very high - 75.00. Overall we had a good 1 night stay.

I absolutely LOVED this hotel. It deserves 10 stars. The room/hotel was very clean & everything still seemed brand new. I loved how modern everything was & the convenience of the way the room was laid out. The rolling desk was a nice touch to make room for my baby’s pack n play. The breakfast was AMAZING. Best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. So many options but the motion activated pancake maker was my favorite. Last but not least, it has a working swimming pool! Every hotel I’ve stayed at in the past year the pool is always “under construction”. But Tru’s pool was working & the water felt amazing. Would DEFINITLY recommend this hotel to anyone & would love to stay again soon.

The staff at hotel is very friendly. The design of the lobby area makes guests feel welcoming. The room is not luxury or fancy by any means, but is well thought out in terns of comfort and convenient.

Room was noisy, could here other guests in the rooms and halls, bathroom not very clean, especially the shower drain area. breakfast was not the greatest, egg white omelet with peppers was not very appetizing, bacon was not very good either. I would prefer good old scrambled eggs..

We only stayed one night but Tru was very comfortable and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

Very pricy for limited amenities. My room was very noisy with traffic, and there were hard-to-use fixed bottles of body soap and other liquids. Almost no storage space. It was obvious that they were trying to reduce what was provided under the guise of being “eco-friendly”. It was basically a bed and a huge TV, with nothing else to make it comfortable. The staff, on the other hand, were very helpful.

Just really small, not a lot of space in the standard room compared to others. No extras amenities (no extra pillows) no closet or storage space. Also, it is LOUD!!! you can hear your neighbours talking next door, hear everything from the parking lot. Hear people moving things upstairs.
Good breakfast variety.
I wouldn’t stay in a TRU again personally.

While checking in the attendant was not please that I book the room though hotels.com and complained the whole time.
The room was very hot because the AC part of the unit would not work.

Very nice and new hotel. Great breakfast. Nice water and ice machines. Beds are comfortable but pillows could be better. Overall super nice and clean place we have stayed several times.

The bed would have been great if there had been a blanket under the bedspread but we had a mattress cover. After paying $125 we had to sleep under a mattress cover. That was bad.

I would highly recommend booking a room on the side of the hotel furthest away from the Interstate. We didn't and the road noise was excessive.
Other than that it is a very nice hotel.

Doug at the front desk was very friendly and professional. Hotel was clean and exactly as described. Perfect for a pit stop on our road trip back home.

There wasn’t any parking available when we arrived. The front desk agent volunteered to move his truck so we could park. Thank you for the above and beyond service there. We appreciated it.

The hotel was so clean and in a really nice place. The breakfast was okay but we were not expecting much! Rooms are very updated and large. They added hardwood floors in the room which I loved. We brought our two dogs with us and the hotel accommodated it great!

This property was VERY noisy because of interstate traffic. Also, our toilet ran all night, every 3 minutes. We did not sleep well at all.

We had a room on the back side, which is within a couple hundred yards of the interstate highway. It was very loud in our fourth floor room. If you are sensitive to such noise, we suggest getting a room on the front side or staying elsewhere.

It is a brand new hotel. It has everything you need in the room.

NO HOT WATER!!!! Two floors of the hotel didn't not have hot water. No one could get showers! When I called the front desk to ask about the hot water issue the person at the front desk hung up on me. When I went to check out others where at the front desk complaining about water. All she could say was to call the General Manager on Monday. I tried 4 times to call the General Manager, but he was never in and never returned any my my calls. We expect to get compensated way, but no one will call me back!!!! Horrible customer service!!!!!
