Fabulous adults only hotel! Relaxing and fulfilling!

Fabulous hotel with excellent room, very enjoyable stay & would highly recommend. Would go back, slightly disappointing that the Gin bar was closed & also some of the restaurants onsite closed?. Failing that a very nice hotel with great staff.

Great if u like a smaller, quieter location Close to the popular beaches of Protaras. They did not invest in making the hotel a special place ( in fact the furniture and decor is identical to Blue Ivy hotel in Protaras, imagine average price IKEA Sample bedroom) But it is clean And comfortable With a great green area With sunbeds And the sea in front. You can enjoy an intonate stroll along the coast but if u want to swim, be ready to jump in from the rocky shores. Breakfast was great, wide variety, creative (unlike the hotel design) And tasty . I would Say a strong 10 overall if you think about value for money.

Don’t believe in their sea-view adverts - they’re 15% sea-view at best and the rest is inland view. Also, the receptionists need to learn many things especially about professionalism and politeness. One of them was very rude in handling our request. Also, the room air-conditioning is awful, knowing that it was 35-40 degrees in Cyprus - my partner couldn’t sleep well on our first night because the AC wasn’t working properly. The breakfast hall is always full - and had to queue all the time, really unacceptable for hungry tourists. And lastly, awful parking. Always full, despite having a car we just opted not to use it as we are afraid of losing our parking spot. I guess for the amount we paid in this hotel this was definitely not worth it and would never ever stay here again. There are better hotels nearby that are better and more worth it.

Very clean and modern hotel. Friendly and helpful staff

We had a good stay at this hotel in Protaras. The hotel is relatively close to Konnos beach, which we found to be a very beautiful beach. Other than that you might want to go to Protaras city centre for beaches. This property is definitely not in the heart of Protaras. However, there's a bus station about 3 minutes away from the hotel, where you can catch the bus to Protaras or Ayia Napa, for example. The property is nice, and looks quite new. For us the pool was one of the main attractions. It is definitely a nice one! And the tennis field was useful for us as well. The breakfast is good and has a nice variety. The air conditioning was a bit too noisy for us, so quite difficult to use. The walls seem to be a bit too thin and you can hear a lot of noise from the other rooms or from the corridor. The door lockers have some kind of a smart system that makes a sound when the door is not properly closed. So make sure you close it properly if you don't want your door to be part of the orchestra put in scene by the other doors on the corridor.

The hotel was great. Bit frustrated only by the fact that there are premium beds in the swimming pool area which are only for suite's vacants or with a 40E charge per person. Other than that room was clean and nice.

Junior Suite with the hot tub on the balcony made us don't wanna leave the room! The hotel in general looks brand new. In-room amenities like nespresso machine, bathrobes and high quality shampoo etc are provided. Breakfast was also very good with plenty of choices!

The Hotel was very clean and the Staff were polite, it was exactly what I expected. Except for the Room I paid for which was a full Sea view. Which to me means a Room at the back of the Hotel not side, which has an unobstructed view of the Sea. That is what I paid for however my room was at the side of the Hotel, with a coastal view at best and mainly open land and housing. So I wasn't impressed with that as it wasn't what I expected. The property was in a good location if like us you prefer the quiet life. It was clean and the food was good. The pool is nice, there is a spa and fitness room with sauna and steam room. The staff are lovely. We would go again.

Clean, friendly, convenient, lots of parking, great breakfast choices, outside pool and indoor pool. We wish we had a chance to use the Spa Facilities.

Good location - about 25 mins walk out of town but there are hood transports links if walking is not an option

Overpriced for the location, quantity of service and cleanliness (dead insect on floor upon arrival).Room not as described.When I called the reception to ask for a missing item (shower gel) they surprisingly asked me to come down & bring it! I was wondering if I was in a hostel or 4 stars hotel!

Our stay was amazing! Very friendly staff with one exception at the pool bar! Definitely we suggest the ultra all inclusive choice! The room was perfect, reseption,customer service, food and pool great!
