Plumbing drains slow. After a short shower there was 4 inches of water in the tub. I had time to dry and dress before it drained. The sink was not better. The bath drain plug was pulled out of the drain exposing the old corroded pipe… the bathroom was clean but the plumbing was not included in the last renovation. Bad calking.. corroded pipes and flushing handle on toilet. I didn’t eat the breakfast. It was poorly executed. Water in the eggs. Meats way over microwaved.. dark.. dry.. and curling up sausage patties. I stopped looking after that.

Felt unsafe . Lots of youths that seem to be partying in parking lot coming in and out of back door.

The property is excellent. It is in an area off the highway with new construction. New gas station very close, but limited dining options.

Everything was wonderful, very nice spacious rooms, the staff was absolutely amazing. One of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in. They treat active duty military like they are family. HIghly recommend.

The property itself was fine - my issue is with the pet fee. The fee description states “$25 nightly for up to 2 pets.” What is should say is $25 per pet, per night. While searching for pet friendly accommodations I used both Hotels dot com and Amex Travel. Both those sites described the pet fee as per accommodation (not per pet) - so apparently I’m not the only one who was confused. I travel with my two dogs frequently and am used to paying for them, but I’m not okay with bad language that costs me more than expected. Other than that, the front desk help had me wait almost 10 mins without even acknowledging me while one left to do who knows what down the hall and the other talked to a customer on the phone. Just a polite nod would have gone a long way.

Staff was nice and breakfast was good. But shower in bathroom was disgusting. Room smelled musty and the AC was so loud I thought they were doing yard work outside in the middle of the night.

Large room and bathroom. Great water pressure. Easy to park. Nice staff. But very strong smell of ammonia in lobby and wifi do not reach 4th floor (you have to go to lobby to use). Very boring area around hotel and about 15 min drive to town. Not very good breakfast but a really big plus for real eggs in the scrambled eggs. So totally ok but very overpriced.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Property definitely showed some age and fell shy of expectations given the reviews I waged in deciding to stay there.

I was really looking forward to our stay here after spending an entire day driving. The lobby looks just like the images and the ladies at the check in/out desk were great. That was about it though. The a/c in our room stopped working a few hours after we got there so our room got increasingly hotter. There was hair in the bathroom and on the bed. There was a chemical smell in the room that made my eyes burn and itch. The worst part, however, was the stains on the bedding. On the queen bed, the duvet between the flat sheet and the decorative top sheet was yellowed and had stains all over it, not to mention a horrible smell. On the sofa bed, the mattress itself was stained and the sheet for it was so thin you could see the stains. It was also an incredibly thin mattress. You could feel the bars from the couch through it. If we hadn’t spent 10 hours driving that day I would’ve gone somewhere else. I was just too tired to start driving and looking for somewhere else so we dealt with it. I will not ever be staying here again.

The door to the pool was broken so that we had to get staff to open it for us. The tv remote had dead batteries and the position of the tv was so that we had to hold our arm way up for it to work. Staff was ok, but felt like they didn’t want us here.

No complaints. My family has stayed here before, so we decided to book this location again.

Excellent stay. Room was very nice and all personnel were very friendly.
