Sort of hard to get there.

The breakfast was pretty good. Front desk personnel was nice.

Floors were dirty, bathtub faucet dripped, toilet seat was loose and slid around, most everything old and out dated. This was the most expensive hotel we have stayed in the past 2 weeks while on our road trip and the 2nd to the worst.

I like that it was Quiet And when I did see stab, they were very friendly..

Upon arrival, there was no one at the guest desk, and over the course of the 4 days, every time we would leave or, back into the facility, there was no 1 at the guest deaths, the elevators were filthy. The only time we would see staff was in the morning when we were come down for breakfast. There was no swimming pool, it was non-functioning.

The breakfast was amazing. The lady that prepared everything was lovely, and we complimented her on her presentation of the breakfast and the deliciousness of the offerings. 

The comforter was filthy. Stained and discolored up toward the top by the pillows. 

Close to expressway..out of downtown Memphis. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. People more than friendly..

The price ended up 170.00 wich was pricy for the room. The room was in the front facing the expressway with huge bright lights right outside our room and no curtains that could shut out light. They are sheers. Boo..tried to move the heavy insulated drapes..they were fixed in open position. Trying to turn the ac off...front of the room unit ac fell off..Now we got there at 2 am and really tired, but that was a little hard to handle.

No way to take advantage of Choice Privileges or military discount when making reservation.

booked directly with front desk a ground floor room due to personal issues with stairs and elevators, and was assured of this. arrived to find second floor room with no option to move as all ground floor rooms taken. we asked why we had been promised something and then denied with no communication to us to allow us to book elsewhere, which we would proceed with now. told she was just the night worker filling in, she couldn’t refund us any money, only the manager who she called but whom never called back. we felt forced to stay and did so despite personal struggles with the elevator. spoke to manager following day who said there was nothing he could do to make amends. just not acceptable.
