Silk checked us in and she was great! I appreciate the breakfast served everyday. Very nice environment with ample parking. There are restaurants adjacent to the hotels. The rooms were clean, and housekeeping checked everyday to see if we wanted service for the day. Even though there were some youth teams there staying, they were manerable and did not interrupt our stay.

Staff was super friendly. Made the graduation weekend even better.

The staff were so amazing and supportive, despite being sold out due to the eclipse. I was especially appreciative of them putting out the patio furniture for viewing even though it wasn't officially open yet. Rooms were lovely, and the pool was the perfect temperature. We will definitely come back!

Our room was not ready when we checked in at 7:30 pm. After we got in the room, I found out that the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly (lots of hair on floor and sink). Staff did everything they could to help us out.

Not good. Hotel requires maintenance, cleanliness around the hotel was extremely poor. There was no shampoos and body lotions. The bath drain was blocked so that it filled with dirty water when showering. And the floorboards in the room above creaked so much that it easily woke us up when someone was walking around.

The hotel is very clean, good parking with a lot around it. The staff is friendly and very accomodating.

Property was fantastic, hotel staff was wonderful and gracious. Would stay again for sure.

Very nice rooms. The bed was comfortable the floors were clean. One of the nicer hotels i have stayed at recently.

Everyone was very courteous and friendly(The staff I mean). The room was great very clean. The pool was great my wife and I swam every day of our 4 day. The only thing was the breakfast. Mostly packaged warm foods not fresh. I will stay here again next time I am down for a visit. Thank you to the staff at Residence by Marriot.

The staff here is amazing!

Last time we stayed here a year ago, there was dog poop all over the grounds. Things have not changed and it was obvious a resident found it on their shoes.... Not likely we will stay again.

Been here for 3 nights in a row. The place said it was a full kitchen and it’s not. It’s a hot plate they give you And they said they signed them all out. Instead of having them available for the people with the “full” kitchens. Then the first night here all night kids was running through the hallways knocking on our doors till 4 am in the morning. plus the pool has been closed for two nights in a row. I spent nearly 600 dollars on this room and did not enjoy one night here. It sucks, because the front desk was soo nice to the white man was standing in front of me but soon as it was my turn a young black female she said was soo careless of my problems. 😔 I’m going through soo much as it is. I just needed a little peace.

Someone above us was exceptionally roudy. It has been going on for over an hour. It is after midnight. Called front desk a half hour ago. They said they would take care of it. No change.😳

I absolutely loved my stay, my room was very spacious and clean! There was nothing I disliked about the property! It’s in a perfect location as well, shopping, restaurants and plenty other things around this area!

It was for a couple trip. We chose it due to the hot breakfast and have stayed here before. However it was during Covid. Another time the breakfast was so packed we never got to try it. It’s horrible. Who eats gravy and biscuits…. Sugar cereal….. sugar filled yogurt…. Etc…. Nothing actually healthy except bad bananas and oranges.

Our room was amazing. The kitchen was clean as well as the dining area and bedding. We ran out of toiletries and the desk was very accomodating. Parking was abundant. The food was surprisingly tasty. I am happy with this Marriot version. Will definitely stay here if I am back in Toledo.

Very nice… would stay again

The 2 queen studio room was amazing. Loved the space and comfort overall. Appreciated the abundance of light options and the extra plug ins whether electrical or usb. The breakfast was nice. Options for gluten free/sugar free individuals. Ala Cart eggs/meat would be nice for those who can't eat the burritos or sandwiches. The ability to actually change the room temperature would be nice, the thermostat says it changes but the room temp never changed while we were in. Couple opportunities: The tv guide when going from channel to channel was obnoxiously slow when moving through the guide. The tv would randomly go back to the Marriott home screen when watching tv. Bigger coffee cups to hold more than 6 oz of water. Provide spare blanket since someone could be on couch and need to cover up. I would recommend putting some sliders on the bottom of the table chairs so that when the chairs are pushed in its not screeching. We could hear this in our room from all around us and above us. Overall, I would absolutely stay at this hotel again. It was very comfortable, spacious, allowed you the opportunity to bring your own food, had an awesome fireplace area for people to hang out by which they did. Had a basketball court which was in use the whole evening by multiple groups while we were there.

After a 23hr drive we had to change 3 rooms during check in because 1st room had left over food in the refrigerator from previous renters, 2nd room we walked in there was a dirty sock & qtip in front of sofa, the 3rd room had a used dirty towel hanging on the back of door, then we bought food to use the grills outside and there was no sign of it being out of order, after we bought the food they told us we couldnt use them, then we were going to cook in the oven and the whole room was full of smoke from how dirty the oven was, we had to clean it ourselves to be able to cook inside. I spoke to management about the check in situation & only $100 off was given to us for our stay after ALL that. We stayed from Sunday to Friday. Alittle upsetting for being the Marriot, i didnt want to take pictures because i know how stressful it is to run a business, but again this is the Marriot, & pd $139 + tax each night.

The hotel was very clean and spacious, the breakfast was delicious. The gentleman working in the kitchen area even turned cartoons on for my children as we were the only people in the eating area.

This was a great stay. I liked the stay an and would def stay there again. The surrounding area was good as well as the walk to restaurants that were easy to get to with a variety.

Nice, new, clean hotel in a great location - Westgate Section of Toledo. Enjoyed the well appointed King Studio - will stay again!
