We wanted a bed- all was satisfactory.

Our second stay here. Incredibly clean and only one block from fabulous pub and supermarket. Great price and no fuss check-in. Loads of off street parking. Only problem was out bathroom door self-locked (inappropriate door handle fitted) Because it was Sunday Reception was unattended. Off-site manager didn't answer. phone. We were checking out but couldn't use the bathroom/shower that day.

Felt unsafe going out at night

Perfect for any overnight stay. Large rooms and large bathrooms. Nice and Clean and had all things like toaster and kettle etc.

This place looks dilapidated from the outside but the inside is new, clean, spacious and very comfortable. Heating was effective, bed very comfortable. Bathroom was compact but so what, the water was hot and shower pressure was high. Excellent location close to railway station, shops, cafes, and tourist information.

Always stay here when in Goulburn.. convenient and quiet.

Very clean, comfortable bed. Good parking and close to shops etc. Would recommend it.

Our room was located upstairs in the middle of a long hallway so it was difficult to carry the suitcase up stairs. . The room was clean although the tap in the hand basin was loose and hard to use. The blind did not extend past window frame so night safety light in the car park shone into the room. Bathroom had no window.

There was a slight problem with the heating but staff sorted quickly and offered alternatives if it didn't work.

We only stayed a few nights and found the room very clean and comfortable bed was comfortable and bathroom very clean ...great in that walking distance to shops and services club..and reasonably priced .. would stay again ...

Recently renovated, close to main street

The room was clean and well presented but i was worried about security of my car in carpark. Reception was closed when we arrived but check in was smooth. I would stay again

Great spot for an overnight stay. Cheap and surprisingly nice hotel with good food options for dinner within walking distance.

Half the PowerPoints didn’t work. Shower was hot in the evening but cold in the morning

Carlton Suites is handy to town, but needs a car park makeover and a safer path to rooms from reception.

ALMOST GREAT VALUE… I needed an inexpensive one night stopover. The good ; bed was comfortable. Big TV. Quite spacious. The bad ; No WiFi. check in and check out was a debacle. There’s no towel rack in the bathroom ??? (Bizarre) The only way to switch the TV on and off is to reach behind the wall hung screen and switch on or off the power point ?? So, it’s a contrast. Spacious and satisfactory. With some easy to fix, frustrating service elements ignored.

Staff were very attentive. Motel is well positioned in town to walk for meals and coffee. Rooms are basic but comfortable and very clean. Rooms were nice and quiet as they are well back from the street
