We had a lovely stay at the ocean sands hotel. We're a family of five and the kids really enjoy they're stay, we only stayed one night but would of loved to stay longer. Location is gorgeous, hotel is right next to the beach so excellent for little ones. Had dinner in the restaurant which was stunning, prices were great for the quality of food we were served. My only negative is that our room was fairly cold when we arrived but it warmed up quick enough once we put on the heaters. Lovely hotel staff in all areas. Id definitely recommend a stay here.

Hotel good and staff very efficient and welcoming. Room fairly standard. Iron iron board hairdryer etc but no shaver/makeup mirror. Towels replaced but empty water bottles not removed or bed made. Window blind damaged did not use in case further damaged. Evening meal excellent. Breakfast also very good but tea/coffee and plate clearance could be quicker. Overall a good experience

Lovely weekend everything nearby to walk or drive

All good except we couldn’t control temperature in our room. We had to call front desk to turn down the heat each day. Also both Friday and Saturday had wedding receptions and they were their priority. Restaurant dinner was only Fair with slow service. We confirmed reservation and when we arrived were told we didn’t have one.

The Ocean Sands, hotel, is in a great location, right, in the heart of Inniscrone. The views, over the beach, are great, it has a lovely bar and restaurant.

I became very sick during my visit. I most likely had food poisoning. I am a physician. I had terrible nausea and vomiting. I left the room in very good condition except for the vomit. The hotel charged me an exorbitant cleaning penalty. Sometines people get sick. That's the reality of being in the hospitaity business. I find this to be unethical and reflecting poor values.

Perfect location, right beside the beach. Excellent staff & facilities. Family friendly and very relaxing.

Great place .kids loved it next to beach

We were in town to visit family. We had two rooms for two nights and both were very clean and quiet. The restaurant was very convenient and accommodating. We were able to comfortably visit with family that came by in the lobby, ordered drinks and snacks. Wish we had known you need reservations for dinner in town for Saturday night - everywhere including the Ocean Sands restaurant was booked solid so we had take out pizza from across the street (which was very fresh and tasty). The hotel was jumping after midnight with live music, great atmosphere. My local relatives said 1/2 the crowd were locals and half Irish from out of town. We had a great stay and were happy to see how nice this beach town has become having not been back to Inniscrone in over 20 years.

We chose this hotel as we could bring out 2 dogs. The hotel is very dog friendly with areas that you can eat and socialise with your dog as well as great dog friendly rooms. Our room had lots of space and was very comfortable for us all. Perfect position right in the town but also a right by the beach. Parking was very easy, the buffet breakfast was lovely with plenty of choices and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will certainly consider staying here again.

This was a very good option for us and fulfilled our purpose very well. Unfortunately we had noisy guests in the bedroom next door who disturbed us in the early hours with their inconsiderate behaviour.

Very Nice hotel in the centre of beautigful Inisfree

We loved the ocean view of our room and the hotel is right there on the beach. Now, to get that privileged view, if the hotel is busy, the request should be done by a white, blonde and clear eyes person (they will accommodate you immediately); not availability if you are Latinx, brown skin and dark eyes. Also, the phone in the room can be use to call the reception, if you need to make a local call you need to go downstairs and talk in front of them. TVs in some apartments are ornamentals.

Nice clean hotel with restaurant. Girls at the desk were very friendly and helpful. The beach is huge and beautiful for walking on. Watched some surfers. Cute breakfast cafe down the street and a great surf shop across the street

Booked for a family birthday night away, was given room on street with uproarious noise coming in through the window. No bath in the bathroom, was not pleased. The room wasn’t the cleanest, looked very rushed. Overall, we were not pleased with the room and did not end up staying the night.

Wonderful family staycation to celebrate a family birthday. From start to finish the hotel & staff were amazing. Covit guidelines were adhered to & felt very safe throughout. Would highly recommend this hotel in the beautiful town of Enniscrone. Food & service were outstanding all staff a credit to hotel.

The hotel was very comfortable, shower was excellent although fiddly to get temperature right and sink taps have way too much water pressure. Breakfast was lovely and staff were very pleasant and accommodating when i asked to stay a third night due to work committment.. A little let down by housecleaning..never took away cups of coffee which we couldn't drink because the packets of milk were gone off. Very well priced and i will stay again. p.s. drop Bewleys for Nescafe and a small packet of biscuits would be a nice touch!
