Decent place but the rooms could use a good make over and cleaning

All good, but if you are looking to drink some beers in the beach club yo can’t drink out beers. Just buy in the pool area and drink

Direct access to the beach, limited parking & the rooms needing more renovation were needed

Overall ok. The entrance door had a gap underneath so any critters can come in. Had a large spider and a roach in the room. No place to put my bags. No shelves in the restroom. No place to put soap or shampoo in the shower. King size bed with only 3 pillows. Restroom too tiny. Need to fix gate to entrance to pool. Would help if a long runner was placed in the ramp leading to ocean. Most other places I’ve been to have one. Makes it easier to walk.

The employees were very friendly! My room look like it was remodeled recently and horribly. Grout in shower tile is missing, sink door is painted shut, the bolt lock does not lock, the entrance door needs some leveling, maybe redo the wall as I can see where the old ac was at. Maybe invest in someone who can remodel the right way.

Rooms need to be updated. They are old and dingy. Restroom need to be redone. I needed ice from machine and staff was rude. Ice machine was not working so they ice was only for the bar. Only thing we enjoyed was that it was easy beach access.

My stay was very comfortable, and I would certainly consider returning in the future. The staff was friendly and attentive during the check-in process. Additionally, the location offers a pleasant beachfront atmosphere with a bar and live music.

Personnel is very uninformed about laws in regards to Service Animals, never asked the correct/allowed questions about the service animal in our party, instead were asking about documents and a made up ADA letter that is not required. The hotel is on the older side and not super clean, some mold on the shower, and not so clean walls.

The pictures online are different,the pool was small and the outside side of building is old I didn't enjoy walking up the stairs. I did enjoy the beach was walking distances. I wouldn't stay a second time

Thought the pool was bigger and there was a couple screws and a piece of glass at the bottom of the pool. My kids stepped on them. King bedroom is quite small and bathroom is very small. Music was too loud in the morning.

Great if you want right on the beach, but no room has a view of the beach. The property has a great bar but it does get very busy from beach goers and hard for the hotel customers to find a parking spot!!!! Very loud and noisy at night time even after the bar was closed. Very small pool!!!! Our room was right by the ice machine for the bar, not for the paying customers of the hotel!!!! The ice machine was loud and old!!! No house keeping service. I had to ask for towels and toilet paper 3 times!!! Drinks at the bar were very good and the food smelled great but never ate there. Rooms are old and could use some more updating and exterminating often!!

Do NOT waste your money on this place!!! When you arrive. theres no front dest, no one there to welcome you, like they say online. Theres just a sign that says to go to bar to check in. The poor lady at the bar is the only one there!!! She's handling drinks and checking you in. Rooms are FILLED with crawling creatures!!! Fridge are old and rusted. Dont be fooled with the pictures online. There are no phones in rooms. Its just not a healthy place to stay with the kids! I called the office to complain about roaches but no one ever answered. The bar lady was the only one helping us, she was making calls to owner, she then offered another room, in the middle of the night due to the quantity of roaches we saw. Its a NEVER AGAIN experience for us. I paid $180/night, and its not even worth $50/night. Just dont stay, take my word for it. Its sick! First and last time I book at Coco Beach Hotel. it was a horrible, horrible experience.

We love this place. We come here every summer. Its more of a bar scene so not recommend for children. All in all its great.

Loved the room

To be honest I got what I payed for. Given that I was there 3 nights in summer and for like almost $500 in total with taxes and stuff it did not meet that price. I was not expecting any 5 star hotel but I the amenities like in the room like the lights, plumbing and electrical were looking like they were about to fall apart. I used the toilet and the whole toilet would wobble, and bathroom space was fair given the price, but very unclean with rust and wall grime. The shower turning knob was moving off of the surface off the wall. The sink if you are trying to use it getting out of the shower is very unsafe if you were to just grab on it because it would shift off the foundation it was caulked on. The bedding was nicely made and all but still uncomfortable given it was a huge king size in a small room. The door to close the hotel room was hard to close, and our key stopped working on the second night out of the 3 nights which was scary. And the office in front where you would think to get the key was closed, even though ironically it says it was open, then we had to find out ourselves after seeing to go pickup the key if they closed somewhere else (btw we came on time.) eventually figuring out that the bar tender is the one that manages the keys too. Also back in the hotel room, the a/c unit sucks! It has no cold air blowing, as well as the fridge was leaking and half of the lights in the hotel room weren’t working either. Pros: great customer service, and immediat beach entry

ABSOLUTELY WORSE PLACE EVER! We booked our room after 3 but itinerary says check in from 3pm-11am so coming in from out of town we weren’t worried. When we show up Office is CLOSED and we gotta drive BACK 10 minutes from where we just came from to ANOTHER hotel to pick up keys! When we got to second hotel they had NO INFORMATION for my booking and management wasn’t answering personal phones! As per the establishment if YOU ALLOW late check ins then you need to specify a time or make sure you have ALL GUEST INFO PREPARED for this other hotel! And maybe think about CALLING GUEST to WARN them about the extra stop they need to make for YOUR convenience and GUEST INCONVENIENCE!

Window leaked got bed and me all wet management did not care . Water was all over the place . Office was closed and had to wait til it opened to let them know of issue. Bad bad bad do not waste your money here.

Very vintage, with limited parking

Check In at the desk was Okay, I needed Ice and desk told me to ask the Bar on the Property. I asked the Bar & the lady at the Bar seemed bothered by me asking so I told her I was a guest & she grabbed a trashbag for me to hold &she gave me a few scoops from her “Bar Ice”. Later in the evening I needed Dry towels to replace my Soaked ones, &again it was after 5pm so of course the office was closed???…. The rooms have no phones for us to communicate w/ anyone at the desk. So I was left to ask the once again the Bartender at the Property. This was a different lady who after I asked if anyone can help provide Dry towels she said no, office is closed, all that is left is Beach towels. So I said it doesn’t matter as long as I have Dryyyyy Towels. So she proceeded to the office with a key, opened the door, I stayed outside while she “Checked” she came back out out and said we don’t have any. Sooo I was left with Zeroo Dry towels for my evening shower w/my 2 daughters!!. Not to mention the shower which barely had LUKE warm water not HOT!! Was very dissatisfied with this as when I was done showering & had to provide my own towels after taking Basically a cold shower. But by a miracle the sink had Hot water??? How tf if that?? The AC in the room is blasting cold which is Awesome during the hot daytime, but during the middle of the night when you need more than 2 soft sheets to try and keep warm that does not workkk. Room doesn’t provide make your own coffee.

The hotel is perfectly situated with direct beach access, allowing for breathtaking sunset views. It’s quaint, small, and wonderfully quiet, especially on weekdays. We thoroughly enjoyed the bar and the fantastic music. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway!

I did not like the fact their were no towels in the room, i had a conversation with housekeeping staff, they stated washing machine broke down , I had to purchase some towels, did make a complaint but was not listen to , i should stop payment on stay since property did not fulfill agreement.......................

The online pictures are nothing like the hotel. It's trashy, dirty, and old. I would never stay there again. They booked my reservation and billed me but when I got there we didn't have towels of any kind. I had to go look for the front desk and she went to unoccupied rooms looking for clean towels. The next morning the staff was really loud didn't even get to enjoy our morning.

Overall service was not the best. Our AC went out for one full day of our stay, and they said they “fixed it” but when we got back, the room was terribly hot. Not the best feeling after a day out with your partner. There is absolutely no way of contacting the owner/manager, and I was promised a “callback” and no one ever followed me up. No refund or assistance on the matter.

We enjoyed our stay! The resort had everything we needed, and didn’t have to leave unless we just wanted to. Restaurants, pools, bars, live entertainment, beach access. We would definitely choose Isla Grande again!

It’s on the beach with beach access. It has onsite parking and a bar with a restaurant. It’s a budget hotel. Certain amenities are not included. It’s good for a one night stay.

Excellent service, we got a tour of the hotel and a free drink at the bar.

The pictures are very misleading. The customer service I will say was above and beyond and the place is clean. This is on the beach, but do not go by the pictures. This is a Spring Break hotel. Super fun, but you won’t get any rest. Unlike Wana Wana, they do shut the music off at a desk hour so thank goodness for that. But this is a party place, not a chill out place. If you want the BESt customer service ever, come here. Pearla will treat you like a star. She knew we were so tired and she was so so kind God bless her. This young lady should teach customer service for a living. She is what Soutj Texas use to pride it self on years ago. My goodness is she amazing. She made that place worth the stay. But I am a little too old for a party hotel. Haha Thank you Pearla, you are amazing.
