Great overall experience. But rooms didn’t have the best view.

Very pretty and nice hotel but staff-wise there is a lot of room for improvement, especially at the breakfast service.

This hotel is stunning! All of the colors and architecture are super cute and the room is extremely comfortable. The restaurant and cocktail lounge downstairs are both delicious. The location is pretty good - central to everything and we loved staying here with all the water transportation options. Highly recommend!

It’s a very nice, modern hotel in great location. We stayed 6 nights and enjoyed our stay. The only issue was that on two of the nights they had loud parties with loud music in the lobby until 1 in the morning. Our room was on the first floor so it was hard to sleep.

Absolutely stunning hotel - the interiors are beautiful and the location is excellent. Staff are warm, friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. Food was really lovely too. Highly recommend this gorgeous hotel.

The hotel was the perfect location. Extremely clean! My room was small, but very comfortable. It was perfect for a solo trip to Venezia for a few days.

I loved the hotel, it’s trendy and beautiful. Really comfortable, it seems not like an European hotel.

Great design, space and location.

This is a great property and the staff are great.

There is a world where this property gets all top marks! We do not live in that world! There is a world where the view we paid so much for was not blocked by Bernard Arnault's megayacht the entire time (there is a huge yacht dock right in front of the hotel so its a dice roll if you'll see anything other than a large ship which is not as cool as it sounds when it's blocking your view of anything else.) There is a world where our shower wasn't already clogged and there is a world where they fixed it instead of giving us more towels to put down on the floor. There is a world where the advertised air conditioning actually worked and our room was not literally 80f (26.5c). Sadly, we do not live in that world. Sadly we had no view, a wet floor, a sweaty bed and a much lighter wallet by the end of it.

Beautifully designed hotel. Very comfortable rooms. Quiet, less touristy area but still convenient to all attractions. The staff was a little on the cold side and breakfast was mediocre but definitely a wonderful stay.

Wonderful location, friendly staff, clean and good condition. Breakfast is fabulous, wish it started earlier so we had time to eat before our tours we booked. We had a suite with a waterfront view and it was spectacular.

Really nice hotel on the canal, restaurant was good. Very comfortable beds. We didn't try breakfast but it looked good and was a nice touch being served out in the sun when the weather is good.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Wonderful location. The vibe is upbeat and fresh. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We had a nice meal and good wine in the restaurant. Good choice when in Venice.

We had the most delightful stay at il palazzo. The hotel itself was beautiful, all of the staff was helpful and the food was wonderful!! Great location as well. We couldn’t recommend it enough!
