Great property. Breakfast good, except the scrambled eggs were GROSS. After waiting over 20 minutes at the front desk for an employee, ANY EMPLOYEE to make an appearance in the lobby when we first got there, I called the corporate office for assistance in rousing someone to show up. About 10 minutes later, someone emerged from a closed door behind the lobby. By then the lobby was full of guests with questions. How does a hotel just leave the place completely unmonitored for so long? If security is a concern for you, this isn't the place (esp females traveling alone). Never have had anything like that happen. Ever. Room great, but the low flow shower was seemingly slowed to a crawl by scale build up, so I FROZE in there. The toilet was a high volume water waster with a beat up lid. Why have low flow shower head and then waste a ton of toilet water? Bed way too soft, so couldn't sleep. Everything else was great. Stayed here with a sports team. Super easy access to freeway, food, Reno Ice. Short drive to downtown.

Everywhere we travel, I book a hotel with a hot tub. This one was clean, indoor, and just perfect after driving all day!
The breakfast was great, and the room was great.

This place was great except for the fact that during my two day stay, the tv didn’t work. I went to the front desk twice and called at least four times regarding the matter. Front desk said they’d send maintenance but the issue was never resolved.

We stayed here with our kids and it was perfect! Late hours on the pool, early hours on the gym and a continental breakfast that was perfect for the kids!

We loved everything about our stay. Though the house keeper kept knocking on our door since 9:00 am. She then came back at 10:15am and knock. We open the door and told her we were almost ready, she just stood at the door. Other than that everything was great.

They do not clean your room on daily basics. Bathroom has broken cracked sink and old toilet. Staff is not friendly.

Clean. The beds and pillows were so uncomfortable. Couldn't sleep on the bed. Ended up sleeping on the sofa bed for the 3 nights I was there. Noisy. The doors were heavy and every time you went in and out the slamming of the doors were so loud. You can hear doors slamming all night long.

Place was clean, thats about it. My truck got broken into on their lot in clear view of the camera and manager ignored me for 5 days while staying there. No response, 0 effort towards customer. Do not stay here if in Reno, plenty of better places to spend your hard earned money.

The room was not cleaned nor trash was taken out despite us telling the front desk to do so (on July 27 morning). Also, there was no soap in the bathroom when we reached there and we were given body wash small bottles as a make do. The staff was not responsive at all. We had a terrible experience and will not use Marriot anymore.

It was below the Marriott standard generally experienced. The room showed lack of maintenance. The tub shower floor was so slippery, we elected not to use it. There was no information in the room about internet use nor about time of breakfast hours.

The hotel was clean and organized. My only complaint was that we only had 4 towels and we had 5 people in our room. The pull out couch was great because it was actually a trundle so two of our kids could sleep there.

A very nice hotel. Only complaint would be the same old breakfast every morning during the 3-day stay - quiche, a potatoes mix and sausage. Would have preferred basic scrambled eggs and potatoes and perhaps bacon at least one morning.

There is 8$ parking fee per room that they don’t tell you about til check out. We were told this is at all Marriott properties but that is not true.
No one answers the phone even though we called from inside the room to the main desk on and off for 30 minutes.
Rooms are tight width wise- there is one foot between the bed and the wall to the bathroom. 7 out of 10 overall.

The hotel is very clean, however on one of the hottest days of the year, the power went out for 3 hours. While I would not normally fault the hotel (they cannot control this) I do fault them for not having a generator charged. We were told the generator was unplugged and therefore not charged. Do better next time.

Its in good location. Check in was at 4pm we got to the property at 5:30 pm and the lady at the front desk said our room wasn't ready, she was going to call me and she never did. We had to come back and ask.

Breakfast was pretty good. Room was ok. Tv placement was a little weird. Room was kinda warm. If I turned the AC on high, the unit rattled and I couldn’t sleep. For a Marriott, I expected a little nicer. The entrance seemed more like a weird side door. No signage.
