I had 2 issues...the wifi was very weak and the water pressure in the bathroom sink was almost non existent. I use wifi a lot. It was enough that i checked out and went to another hotel.

The staff were very nice throughout the stay. The room was very nice. Room service was quick when we needed something. The process of checking in and out was very easy. I was there during my birthday and they left me a note a dessert which was a very nice gesture. The room and the hotel itself was clean. I never felt unsafe or uncomfortable in or around the hotel. Not sure if I’ll be back in Bogota, however, I’d stay here again!

My top reason for these hotel was that it was able to accommodate my family of 5 comfortably. And the transportation was very nice and helpful.

My sister, my husband and myself just returned home from a 7 nights stay from this treasure of a hotel. We speak English but that wasn't a barrier since for those who dont would use their translation app to communicate with us. Everyone was so friendly kind and hospitable.
The hotel is very clean Our room attendants did a good job making sure we all come back to clean rooms every day.
The only thing is that on the last night of our stay we went to a restaurant a couple blocks up the street. I got food poisoning. I was so sick i thought i couldn't make the flight home.
Other from we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back. If you are planning a vacation in Bogota dont hesitate to book this place

The service reflects the quality of the Hyatt chain hotels and on top of that, the Colombian hospitality was the best. Food was great and our event was organized very well with amazing service from the staff.

I have booking for 3 day and due to weather we miss flight and can’t make it same day our booking , I call hotel and let them know but no reply and when I check in next day , they charge me for 3 day , I only stay 2 day . Hotel and property are great but need service to improve .

The hotel is awesome and a good location near downtown. The best part is the staff. They go beyond and above to provide great service. The room was cleaned daily and the breakfast was amazing. Lots of Colombian items on the breakfast buffet. The restaurant is very nice and another one next door to hotel is also great. Bogota is a fantastic city with lots of great sites to explore. Highly recommend Hyatt Place.

Our stay at the Hyatt Place Bogota/Convention Center was excellent. The room was well appointed, very clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and there was a good variety. I would absolutely stay here again!

In addition, the Hotel is modern, and it has all the modern day conveniences for today's world traveler. The icing on the cake, is a daily delicious wide variety breakfast that comes in handy for for anyone's breakfast needs or desires. So, don't give it a second thought, book now. You won't go wrong!
