Everything was new and very clean. Love the beautiful balcony.

Every time we are in this area, this is where we prefer to stay. Upon entering the parking lot, it is clean and well kept, however the parking spaces are a bit tight. The lobby is clean, smelled great, and up to date on the decor/furnishings. There was no gift for us upon our arrival however. The bedrooms/bathrooms are spacious. Nice tile all around; I don't like carpet. The shower/toilet pressure were very strong. The bed was comfortable enough on one side only; the other half of bed had something wrong with it. Overall, I enjoy my stay at this hotel.

Nice place for the price.

I was not thrilled with my experience at this Hotel. When we arrived, the man at the desk seemed friendly enough and commented that because we were such nice people he would love to have been able to give us a room upgrade, but because we had booked through Hotels.com, he wasn’t able to do that for some reason. He also commented that in the future, we would be better served to call the hotel directly for a reservation because apparently we were locked into whatever room we had booked. He told us that they always reserve the first floor for kids and dogs because they are loud. (We have neither) Then he gave us a room on the first floor, right next to the lobby and the dining room. It was the loudest , most uncomfortable experience I have ever had in a hotel anywhere. We are late sleepers, and unfortunately between 7 AM and 10 AM we got to experience the entire hotel talking loudly through the hallways, slamming doors, clinking their breakfast plates in the room right next to us. We also got to listen to the children screaming in the swimming pool, which was right outside our patio. It also turns out that our room was an ADA room, So it had no carpeting and it had a roll in shower (the bathroom floor was soaked after every shower. I am not sure how it’s acceptable to ever have anyone stay in a room like this. I don’t like that I was penalized for booking through this website.

Hotel was clean & staff was very friendly.

I liked this hotel the staff & the location, Just about 5 min drive to pismo. The only down side was how small the pool was but on the bright side it was heated & had a hot tub! The breakfast was great too!

If you are not traveling with a pet, then this hotel would be great. Large room, clean and conveniently located. However, despite stating it was pet friendly, it really was not. I asked for a quiet room and was told I should’ve called ahead and requested that because they were sold out. They gave the first room right behind the front desk and main hallway which I was told was the only room available that pets could be in. Unfortunately I couldn’t leave my pet at home as a solo traveler so to be mindful of other guests I know my dog will bark if there is a lot of noise. I ended up leaving and staying elsewhere. I was able to get a refund for one night, which was appreciated BUT I felt that I was treated like an annoyance and a bothersome person. They also charge $40 per NIGHT for a pet. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this hotel with or without a pet. Truly disappointing.

Great property to stay at. Staff was excellent and overall hotel was extremely clean. Balcony option was a nice touch to just sit outside and enjoy the breeze. Many options to eat at, both family and adult dinning, all within walking distance. Breakfast include is a great service. 5 minute drive to the pier, so price point is a steal compared to other hotels.

I liked the room, the bed and the staff.

One thing was bad, the carpet in room 205 was very dirty. Everything else was very good

Nice hotel. Easy walking to many dining options.

Great place but the desk staff needs to be doing their job. The people that check us in were great. But each morning the desk staff had their heads buried in their phones. I know one of the was definitely not work related because she was blasting the volume for the videos she was watching.

We took a mother daughter trip up the coast. My mom was very excited to stay here as she’s been wanting to stay since last year. It was a nice entrance to the hotel but arriving in the room was a different story. We were asked if we had children or animals. After looking at my daughter I assume is the reason we were placed in the last room of the hall by the door. The back door to the back stairs that slammed and never closed all the way. When it did close it was hard to open. The carpet in the room was stained and very dirty. Whoever designed the room set up of a fridge behind doors that slammed into the door was a bad idea. We stayed 3 nights. With no cleaning service. With the price that was paid. A cleaning service after 2 nights should have been given. Especially with the size trash can that is placed in the room. Lastly when staying in a hotel and even the last air bnb I stayed in they provided 2 suitcase racks. With only one it gives only one guest a chance to place their suitcase out.

We enjoyed our stay, it’s a great location with lot’s of cute shops and restaurants within walking distance. We took the kids to Mustang Waterpark where they had a blast and then visited Pismo Bech Pier in the evening for dinner and shopping. Breakfast had many good options, I would definitely return. Only odd thing is they don’t put hand soap in your room? I asked the guy at the front and he said they’ve never offered it to guest.

I really liked this cute place. Everything was close by. Sean was great and the lady who checked us out as well. Amenities were great and loved that it was in a downtown area.

Beautiful place. Extremely comfortable. Plenty of space in the bedroom and bathroom. Décoration was very modern and nice.

Hotel is very nice, clean and quiet. Breakfast is good. The room is big, with black out curtains, bed is so comfy. Will definitely come back and stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room exceeded our expectations. The beds were comfortable and the the room in general was clean and very comfortable. My kids really enjoyed the pool. The complimentary breakfast was the cherry on top. Thank you The Agrarian Hotel!
