My room was not serviced once in my 5 day stay. Garbage built up. The breakfast advertised on the website was not available. The internet was inconsistent causing issues if you try to work from the hotel. The fridge could not maintain a food safe temperature. My room was covered in cobwebs and the air conditioner ran either too cold or not at all. Broken glass and piles of cigarette butts greeted me at the entrance to my room from the parking lot. People are living there but seem to be in desperate circumstances. This is not a comfortable place for a vacation or a traveler who wants to feel safe and clean.

I had reserved a room for Suburban and come to find out it's affiliated with Econolodge...so they didn't have that suite available. So I had to take another room through Econolodge.
Not a good practice. I have to say the desk person was helpful.

Nothing. It was terrible. The neighbors was party noisy loud then a fight start between a mam and woman . slamming against wslls glass breaking. I got dress pack up and we left.

Everything was very nice. A little outside maintenance could help. The holes in the parking lots could be patched.

It's an older facility so has some older fixtures and loud flushing toilets. Overall it was a comfortable bed, soft sheets, and clean.

I have never stayed in a hotel as bad as this one. You could hear the man in the next room talking. The room not only smelt bad it ws filthy and discusting. For the money we paid for that room, we were charged way too much. I am thinking of switching hotel finders because of it. The bathroom shower was disgusting, the tv remote did not work, the phone service was down. the room reeked of cigarettes, even though it was suppose to be a non-smoking facility. The only good thing I can say about the facility, is the young man at the front desk was nice when we checked in. I will never stay there again. Ramona Weiss

This place is pretty awful. As others have said, the doors to the outside don’t require a key card so anyone can enter the building. Check-in took more than 1/2 an hour

I will stay here again. Clean, quiet & comfortable. Really like the kitchenette! Large refrigerator, a flat stove top & cookware is provided so you can cook meals.
Manager is great & quick respond!!

the manager Linda was so pleasant and helpful, i had stayed there a couple of years ago and it was terrible, Things have changed there and she has it running perfect. THANK YOU LINDA you are doing a terrific job.

This place is a transient heaven. It's like a drug den. Anybody could walk in and out of the motel because you don't need a key card to enter the hallways from the outside. Creepy. Unsafe for families.

I liked the cleanliness of the room. Bathroom needed updating. There were no USB ports for charging my phone. There were no directions for using the TV. There weren't any kleenex. Throw rugs would have been nice since it was a laminate type floor.

We were very grateful! The hotel itself was clean but definitely needed an update. The water from the kitchenette faucet was foamy at first. I decided not to try and drink it. Check out couldn't have been easier. Overall very happy with our stay.

The only part of my stay that was enjoyable was the short distance from the hotel to Fredonia University and shopping centers. My reservation was “canceled” unbeknownst to me. The girl at the front desk was helpful , but this was a major inconvenience as the price was going to be slightly higher than the one I reserved the room for. Not a great way to start my stay. We entered the quarters and immediately met with a stench of mold, cigarettes, and a smell I can’t quite describe. The layout of the room was very cramped. I did not feel safe. There were people there smoking on premises. Smoking with babies , and circling the property at late hours. I would not stay here again. The location is not worth feeling unsafe.

The refrigerator I was supposed to have was not there but the staff nicely took care of that and brought a refrigerator to my room. I would have liked to have received a discount on my room rate for the inconvenience.

This place was the absolute worst! The room was filthy..including the toilets! The pillows were disgusting and the sink was plugged...the staff did nothing when we complained and never once apoligized. This place wasnt fit for animals.

The wifi didnt work. We went to call the front desk to ask and our phone line was not on. We then called on my personal cell phone. The answer was just click on the right one. The strength of the wifi was so weak that I could not use it on my phone. My TV had no volume. When I checked out, I told the worker at the front desk about my concerns and she had excuses for each of them as if I was going to be there another night to get things fixed. She stated that the TV didnt work because it had to be programmed. She said the company was coming later to reprogram all TVs. If the staff knew this was a thing they should have been transparent and told us - not waited until we brought it to them.

The room was disgusting. There was something gross under the sink. To plug anything in, we had to crawl under the bed to turn on a power strip.

Did not like dogs howling at 130am in a pet- unfriendly hotel. Did not like 2nd night booked directly at hotel at acsignificantly lower rate thsn Expedia rate. Plan on brrakfast at an outside restaurant.
