Our room was clean, spacious and stylish. Breakfast was not so swell. We stayed 4 days and the protein stayed the same (turkey sausage patties) waffles came out only on the weekend. Front end staff did their job but I didn’t feel like going above and beyond in friendliness or service was likely. They charged a surprise $10 per night parking fee (thankfully it was reversed after my message to management). I know it’s little, but when the flowers die in the lobby they could quickly be changed out and it gives a much better impression. (See photo)

Very nice hotel. Lobby, breakfast area, rooms...everything was clean and welcoming. Staff was exceptional.

Staff was very friendly and approachable. The manager, Kamal, took time to speak with us when we checked in and even said hello the next morning when he saw us having breakfast.
The rooms were clean and very comfortable. I was very pleased and would certainly stay at this property again.

This is the second time we have been promised 2 beds and a pullout couch through reservations on Expedia. Each time, they have only given us a 1 bed 1 couch w/ pullout twin. When Expedia called the hotel, I could hear Rodney, the manager, tell them this was my fault and that rooms are not guaranteed through a 3rd party. I travel frequently with my family and have never had this issue. Lesson learned for me. In addition, the wifi is terrible. If you are reserving through a 3rd party…BEWARE!

Very disappointed in having to pay $10 to park in a parking lot that had probably 50-100 EMPTY parking spaces! That is ridiculous! Now if you were in an urban, overcrowded area, I would be able to understand it.

Pool was not the best as far as clean. Algae growth on tiles near edges. Ran out of swim towels quickly. Reserved room for 5 people and only had two large the room towels in room for two night stay.

When we checked in, we were told that our TV didn’t work in the room, but it was the only room they had. It was still offered to us so we took it because the discount was also offered. We were told to speak to the morning supervisor about the discount, when I went to the desk in the morning, we were told that the discount was being worked on and would be handled by upper management that was a week ago, and we still have not received any type of discount.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, but our room was not clean. There were several carpet stains, boogers on the wall, bright red hair in the shower, and dirty hand prints on the window and a/c. Not sure if we’ll stay again, but again, the staff was super kind.
