Clean, tidy, secure. Comfortable bed. The receptionist was curt probably not the best position at the hotel for this individual. If the hotel was to instate a natural bright and cheerful receptionist the hotel would be a better experience.

This Best Western is a bit out of the way but was a perfect location for our needs.
There are a couple of bakeries within minutes as well as a grocery store.
The staff were super friendly and the hotel was clean and quiet.

Check-in was easy with direct access from the car park to reception. Staff friendly and helpful. Room spacious and clean with comfortable bed, large shower and the dressing gowns were a nice additional touch. Didn't use the other facilities as we only stayed one night but we plan to come back to explore the area further.

The hotel is fine but a little bit far from the action. No refrigerator in the rooms, but nice personnel ready to help

Had room road side and although glazing was good you could still hear motor bikes and buses at times .

Nice modern hotel - great for a short stop over on our journey from the UK.
Not much in Loos itself so if you want to eat dinner make sure you book into the restaurant next door - it looks good but sadly fully booked when we arrived and it’s the only decent place in town.

Stayed for two nights- had only booked one but needed to stay for another night and staff very helpfull with rearrangements. Room clean and staff very professional and helpfull. They arranged taxi on one occasion which arrived promptly the rest of the time i took local bus to lille centre the stop for which is located near hotel. Would stay again.

This hotel was such a nice surprise. Welcoming staff, very clean, very nice room, lots of nice touches (toblerone gift, expresso machine...), amazing breakfast, in a hotel I had not any particular expectation in considering the price. Really well done to the team, the experience was brilliant, I will go back there without hesitation.

Excellent town centre hotel. In a traditional building but recently renovated to a good standard of international business class hotel. Comfortable and clean, and bang in the centre of Loos. Parking available behind the hotel.

Check in was grest. We were late. No problem, 24hr front desk.

The hotel was clean and modern and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The only real downside was the lack of any real choice of eating places in the evening. The hotel does not have a restaurant and Loos is a suburb of Lille and suffers from a severe lack of restaurants. There was only one open during our stay - the alternative would have been to go into Lille.

the hotel is brand new only opened in july 2019 ., you expect new hotels to have slight problems but not the case for this one OUTSTANDING through out . Staff excellent , breakfast great rooms great layout out and comfortable .
