Stayed here for a concert with a friend. Felt safe. Easy to get to and park. Clean and comfortable. New looking property

The facility was in a very sketchy part of town.

Came to town for a concert. Room was ready early, clean, and spacious. Key cards worked appropriately and inspectors were on site doing routine updates. Breakfast was good, staff clearly available to help with our wants or needs and checking out was quick and easy

Clean good breakfast.Everything in neighborhood closed by 9. We walked to brewers game. Good 15 min walk. Plenty of others were walking in the same route. So it felt safer at night. No microwave but had a fridge.

All we could hear was the adults and kids stomping and running around above us. At times their lound stomping vibrated the headboard. Got woke up by their stomping each morning around 5:30am. My phone would not call front desk and when I went down and asked for a room transfer or for them to talk to the people above us, nothing happened and I was ignored on getting a transfer. I don't recommend this hotel.

Walking or easy drive to and from Miller Stadium

Breakfast was not impressive. Our room placement was noisy- don’t book the 1st floor. Room was fine but I have to say staffing may need an overhaul. Housekeeping staff was the most gracious.

Hotel is very clean! We enjoyed staying here.

This is a new hotel located very close to American Family Field. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Everything was great except the breakfast was pathetic. Very little to choose from and there was hardly enough of everything for all the guests to eat. They could really up their game on this is they wanted to do so!

Recommend especially with the proximity to food and American Family Field.

Excellent shower in spacious bathroom. Room was neat and clean. I slept well. Bathroom needs more towel racks/hooks. Need a 2nd chair for when 2+ guests are in the room. Breakfast offerings and service not as good on the 2nd morning of my stay.

Yes, I would stay there again. It was clean, the breakfast options were better than expected, plenty of free parking and nice staff. The service was rated a 4 because I asked for extra pillows from the front desk on Saturday and none were available. I checked back around 6 AM on Sunday by calling the front desk. I was told to come down to the desk for pillows. I went down and I was told there weren't any extra pillows. She thought I said pillows. I don't think pillows and towels sound the same. I was not happy to get out of bed on the 4th floor to go to the front desk on the 1st floor and not get extra pillows. The fire place was a little concerning because half of it was lit, but it and making a strange noise. The front desk person didn't know how to turn it off. The overnight person didn't know either.

It was very clean and quiet. One of the best check in experiences and the credit goes to the woman who checked us in.

The property is clean, well kept. Convenient stay if you’re attending a function at American Family Field. But extremely overpriced for the accommodations. Breakfast was marginal, and if you didn’t get there early, slim picking for food. West Milwaukee has little to offer in terms of decent food and entertainment.

The good: it was relatively quiet, there weee a couple of restaurants nearby. Front desk staff was friendly, though one probably never noticed me walk by u til doors opened, as she wa on her phone. The bad: aal

It was just a single night stay and we weren't in the room all that much, but the room was very clean when we arrived. Everything was comfortable and newer looking. Very little interaction with the hotel staff but what little there was, was very pleasant. Elevator security wasn't working so you didn't need your key card to access the guest rooms which is a little off-putting as that seems to be a lretty standard feature nowadays. The rooms were overpriced. They were nice. They were just overpriced.
