Great hotel

Convenient location with lots of restaurants & shops. Very safe at night. We'd read the reviews and it's true its super loud at night esp on a Sat night. I guess it's from the roof top bars as our room was on floor 9. Spacious room, shower was lovely and hot. Only met 1 receptionist on check in. No real introduction on the area and everything was pretty much self service. Getting to the gym you have to go to the roof top bar then across to a nearby lift around the corner to take a second lift to the gym. No one mentioned it prior.

Excellent Hotel and staff. Beyond my expectations. Great neighborhood with lots of bars and good restaurants. Big shopping mall Andino at 8 minutes walk or less. Awesome. Very pleased.

Very centric

Well located and clean. Rooms were a good size, comfy beds and a good shower.

Very poor service at the desk. Constantly changing charges and rooms at their own will. I always book a king bed but never get one despite paying more for it. And when asked they say sorry and offer to cancel your reservation. Most unreliable place to be.

The only downside was that there was some music noise until late at night coming from the streets but it wasn't too bad.

Only issue was the noise from other rooms and the street. Other than that, 5 stars. Staff is great and the driver is the nicest guy possible. Make sure to book him!

Perfect location, rooms were big with good amenities, shower was awesome although it takes a couple of minutes for water to heat up. Rooms are not sound proof so you can hear a lot of the things happening around you, but the hotel provides ear plugs in case you need them. There are plenty things to do around the hotel at a walking distance, so it's an overall great place to stay.

I loved this hotel I stayed there s few months ago and I thought, great location, clean, and a good price. This time I came back and made 8 other friends stay in the in the hotel. I booked a suite on the 9th floor and my experience was not the same. Everyday they started making construction noises at 7:30 AM. It was disturbing and completely unaccepted for a hotel. The worst part is that we asked for help several times, telling the front desk they were unhelpful and even lied about it. They told me the noise was coming from another building I was so desperate that i walked up the stairs where thw noise was coming from open the door of the 10th floor and saw 2 guys doing construction work. I asked them to stop and filmed them to make sure the hotel stop lying. Even after walking down myself to the front desk and telling them everything they weren't able to make them stop completely. I did not sleep while staying there. I will not come back and will make sure not to recommend this place again.

Stay was ok , no pool in the hotel

Hotel is very nicely decorated. Rooms are good size and bathroom very comfortable with great size shower. Breakfast is outstanding. Lower floors facing street are noisy but we requested a room change and on the 8th floor we were good and quiet. Many restaurants and shopping nearby at Andino and Zone T. Customer service is very good.

The air conditioning doesn’t work like other time , is control by the person in the front desk, I have to open the window every day at night time, and the noise from the car doesn’t let me to sleep ,

They charged me about US$40 extra for sales tax, however EXPEDIA advertises that should only happen on stays of more than 60 days.

The room was clean and spacious. Room service was quick and delicious.
