Good hotel, great location, but no air conditioning and no TV service, only limited streaming of Spanish programs.

Not knowing anything about Mexico City and finding this place to stay was perfect. Would stay there again with no hesitation.

Because our other booking was overbooked, we booked this one in last minute. We were very happy that this hotel was available. Their staff are very friendly. Room is clean. Location is safe. We recommend this hotel.

The staff was very friendly and the room was cute. My only complaint is that the room was very hot, sometimes like a sauna. They did provide me with a portable AC unit when we asked for a fan, but the unit was VERY loud and not very efficient. Overall, this was a nice place to stay.

The hotel itself is in a great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Vicky who cleaned our room daily was excellent. The only gripe is that the rooms get extremely hot and I struggled to sleep. We were given an air conditioning unit but it was very noisy and ended up turning it off and sweating.

Very clean and well equipped. The neighborhood is safe with a lot of good restaurants. We were comfortable walking around in the evening after dark. Helpful staff. Rooftop terrace is nice, if a bit expensive. Breakfast bar is pretty basic but the made to order omelettes are a nice touch.

Surprised by the high reviews as I was disappointed: pictures were misleading, no air conditioning, hotel was more bare bones than expected and overpriced for what it was. For the same price or slightly more, you can get way better accommodations in the area. The staff, while didnt speak much english, did try to help was much as they could and was the only positive part of the stay.

This is a new building, well located in Condesa, with big, comfortable rooms, and wonderful staff. However, no central AC or heating (our fault; we should have noticed), a dark breakfast bar (the staff really helps but you won't go there more than once), and their internet does not work (not the right place to stay if you have to work during your stay).

The staff is great. The property is functional, very very basic, and kept clean. The hotel is central but very noisy due to the location on just off of a busy road but more so due to a nightclub the pounds music most nights until 4am. The neighborhood gets sketchy after dark.

Circulo Condesa is a reasonably priced hotel with a nice balcony for every room. The location is great and the staff was friendly.
I personally prefer a bit more of a boutique hotel but I’d stay there again if I could book a room w a jacuzzi tub!

The hotel is located in a great location close to the Condesa and Roma neighborhoods. It is a very safe neighborhood with many restaurants and cafes nearby. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating to our needs. The rooms were very clean and it was great having a balcony; I think all rooms have balconies. We will definitely stay here again.

It is a lovely hotel in the middle of the vibrant Condesa neighborhood. Loved out stay there!

I got the room mostly for the hot tub, however it was very dirty. I had to wipe it down myself and when I ran the water disgusting residue started coming out of the jets. The free breakfast was bread and fruit and coffee. Which seemed very misleading. Overall the staff was very kind though.

This hotel was in a wonderful location for exploring the city. The front desk was very helpful. Comfortable bed and pillows and one of the biggest showers I’ve seen. Being a very early riser, I appreciated having the ability to make a cup of coffee in the morning. The windows cut most of street noise, which I did not find bothersome. All in all, a hotel I would gladly stay in again.

This hotel is in an awesome location, with every possible store and restaurant within steps and Parque Mexico just a couple of blocks away. There is a pop-up food market on Fridays that is literally right outside the front door. Our room was quite pleasant, with a balcony that overlooks much of La Condesa.
It is, however, a new hotel and needs time to work the bugs out. For example, they're still doing work on the roof. My biggest complaint is that the front desk was unable to print my boarding pass and it almost made me miss my flight.
All said, I would stay here again.

Excellent location, lovely and safe neighborhood. Room was clean and modern with a nice balcony. Only thing I noticed was that the walls are a bit thin so you can hear people slam doors. Also, no hearing or AC that I could find. Thankfully the temperature was mild but not sure I would want to stay here on a hot day.

The hotel and staff were wonderful! Located in a great neighborhood walking distance to many bars, restaurants and parks. The lobby had fun artwork with friendly people to greet you coming and going. Also, has a good steak restaurant connected to the hotel. Will definitely be back!
