We stayed in this place for two weeks couple of different occasion, one of the rooms we stayed in Room# 228 had leak issue, the shower/bathroom was leaking from the unit right above us and when we complained they kept us in the same room for two days before they change our room so we could not use the restroom or shower, it was dirtily and smell bad. I talk to staff requesting for some sort of credit, but they said the manager will be in touch and they never contacted us and never issued any credit, I don't recommend this place, this not how a 5 star hotel should tread their guest, I am not happy about it, I expect them to contact me and refund me for the two nights we had truble, but I do not think they care too much

The hotel and my room is first class, the room is spotless, comfy bed. Would have liked a little more choice with the breakfast, such as potato frittes or similar with my hot meal. And no jams for my toast. Otherwise, a great hotel.

The property was very close to center of everything is needed full of stores, restaurants very safe area walkable to most areas. Full breakfast. Clean rooms, view to the street was great. Maybe some stay at front desk should smile more and welcoming. Our cleaning lady was very sweet and attentive.

I really enjoyed my 4-night stay at Ani Grand Hotel. The room and bathroom were clean, spacious and comfortable and just what I needed to come back to after a day of exploring. Breakfast was solid with a large variety of eastern and western foods available everyday. The hotel is conveniently located a short walk from Republic Square and Vernissage, just a 20 minute walk from the Cascade Complex and about a 20-25 minute drive from Yerevan Airport. Hotel staff was not friendly but at least still helpful if you have questions.

It was large and had spacious rooms.

Carpets are nasty, struggled with sinus inflammation the entire trip. Daily upkeep of rooms was hit or miss depending on who was there. Most of the workers could care less about doing a good job. Food was ok, got repetitive after a few days as they dont change the menu bot overall wasnt bad. Internet at the property was reliable. The property is nice overall with a few caveats.

My sister and I spent two weeks at the Ani Grand Hotel on our first trip to Armenia. The hotel was very comfortable, we loved our room, and they offer a great breakfast. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. It’s only a ~10 walk to Republic Square and there are restaurants, breakfast places etc. very close by. It’s also nice that they have the Hyur tour guide agency right in the lobby so it’s convenient to plan day trips. The pool was also nice, but we only had a chance to go in once with our busy schedule. Highly recommend!

Great service and very clean also quiet

We had read various reviews and were a bit concerned. Through Expedia we asked the hotel to arrange transportation from the airport as we arrived to Yerevan at 3 am. The hotel made all arrangements and we had no issues checking in around 4 am (we had paid for an extra day). The hotel provided excellent breakfast with a huge variety of items. There were always helpful staff at the front reception and our experience was very positive with their language skills. They were also helpful with questions about the city, taxi, bottled water, etc. Our room was fairly sized. I don't think the TV remote worked, possibly just the batteries. But, frankly, we just wanted to enjoy the advantures and didn't care about the TV. The hotel is located within walking distance of everything in the main circle. Vermissaj, thedsily flea market is 2 blocks away. You have supermarkets within 1 block. There is a drycleaning business 1/4 block, etc. The washrooms are wonderfully renovated. The shower and toilet are in the same space but across from each other. So, when you shower you splash some water but in great scheme of things, this is minor and very tolerable. We absolutely loved our stay at Ani Grand.

Great location in the middle of the restaurant and night life area. Traditional grand hotel style with attentive staff, lovely breakfast service, gym, spa, hair salon, jewellery store … several indoor and outdoor bars/cafes right in the hotel. The rooms are very clean just a bit dated in style but with all the other amenities the hotel offers it’s soon a non issue. A wonderful experience for all ages and we sincerely recommend our friends and family to stay at the Ani Plaza Hotel when in Yerevan.

Very nice central situated, quite. Some rooms have a terrific view to the Ararat Mountain.
