All was great except the air conditioning did not work in my room making it a little warmer than I would have liked.

We were there for a wedding and the staff went out of their way to let us check in early and make sure we had everything needed. The room is nice and large and the bathroom was huge!

When we arrived at the hotel, we found out they had no reservation or us because the Catfish Bend Inn & Spa has been under contructions since Feburary and none of the rooms are available for booking. We were lucky enough to get into a different hotel, but it was very inconvenient for us. I don't know why you would book a hotel that is not even open on Hotels.com!

The desk staff was exceptionally kind and courteous! Our room was very clean! We had a late check out, would have preferred a little longer than the half hour given, but understand the staff shortage. I didn't appreciate the Housekeeping staff member literally waiting outside of our door with her arms crossed when we walked out though!

Went to do some Christmas shopping then relax at the casino. Ordered a pizza from Boogaloo and had a great time. Have stayed here couple times and are always pleased.

Rooms were nice and quite. Bathroom is huge. Check-in and parking were easy.

People were nice. Room bad, not functional. Worst I've ever experienced.

It took a long time to get the air conditioning to actual cool the room. At one point in the middle of the night woke up to it being close to 90.

Staff was easy to work with and rooms were clean and quiet.

The rooms were nice. Little odd to have the fridge in the bathroom but just happy we had a fridge. Hotel shuttle driver was phenomenal. Thanks Barry.

Excellent accommodations. Only problem…. Room decor is very dark and lighting options in my opinion were extremely dim.

Checkin was friendly but the machine to code card keys wasn’t working so the attendant needed to walk us to our room to code it at the our door. I asked for a top floor room as my husband is an extremely light sleeper. She indicated they had already assigned us a top floor. It ended up being on the 2nd floor then I learned there are 3 floors in the hotel. Once in our room, we were sorely disappointed. It looked nice but was not functional. The luggage stand was so rickety that I was afraid to use it. The bed was almost waist high. We are seniors it was almost impossible to get into the bed!! The bedside table was only about knee high and had no electric outlets for our use. The headboard is such that one bedside table is a cubby built into the unit. The whole cubby was taken up by a land-line phone console. No room for your personal needs. We had to search around to find electric outlets to charge phones & other electronics. The AC was noisy, waking my husband every time it came on during the night. The only towel hook in the bathroom was coming out of the wall, making us unwilling to risk using it. Scarce electric outlets

Enjoyable stay… a little confusion between the Catfish Bend Inn and the Fun Resort Inn as to where we were staying, but otherwise a good stay. Hard to find actual address of the property on the website.. could make that easier..

It was very clean. I called for room service and there wasn't any and the front desk nor the kitchen could help me out. Strange!

The pool for the spa area is not complete.

Woke up to red clusters of bumps around my ankles and on my feet. I had checked for bed bugs but didn't see any on the bed but doesn't mean they aren't there. Wall paper around the outside shower glass by the bed was hanging down. Suppose to have 2 sets of curtains, one was completely gone and the other only half functioned, was hard to cover the window without trying to yank on it.

There is very limited dining options. No breakfast on-site during week days and only one on-site breakfast on Saturday. It was over-priced, poor food, with many items badly replinished. Other places usually offer free or included breakfast.

I’ve now stayed at all three hotels right at catfish bend. Catfish Bend Inn & Spa is my favorite. The staff was super nice and accommodating. The rooms are definitely made for adults and couples which is awesome. It was super quiet and the bed was great. Only thing I wished it had was more accessible outlets by the bed and I did see a couple small spiders that I killed but those are very minor things overall. I was also on the ground level by a door. Overall I give this place a 9/10. Great water pressure in the shower and tv was nice. Had a place to sit and the bed was great like I said. You should give this place a try if you haven’t been before.

Hotel could use some major updates.

Very easy to get checked in. The staff is very efficient and pleasant. The room was excellent.

Nice room with great bathroom (large walk-in shower, Kohler fixtures, glass walls). Comfy bed. Little fridge and microwave. Nice base for our day of exploring Burlington.

Very comfortable beds. Well kept and clean throughout. Casino not loud and overwhelming, needed a few more people working there though. Very accommodating for our meeting. Good catering.

Enjoyed my stay with my husband for our anniversary trip only thing is website says free breakfast when there’s no free breakfast available that’s the only thing I would complain about that needs to be changed otherwise awesome hotel

Absolutely loved our stay here!! The staff was super friendly and helpful! The room was amazing. The even give you cards for free drinks! I highly recommend this place and can't wait to go back
