I asked for coffee service after my first night but not only did I not receive it the coffee machine was broken the next morning. The staff was very helpful however.

From the recently recoated asphalt parking lot and newly painted stripes, our experience went downhill. The advertised hot tub has been permanently covered over; overall the facility is in rough shape; bedding was... questionable; and the breakfast was on the meager side.

Location good, Continental Breakfast was great. Day attendant at front desk on Aug 18th was awesome. Things unpleasant: vanity light in bathroom not working. Toilet seat was loose. Carpets in rooms could use a shampooing more frequently.

Place was very dirty in the halls, room was dirty the tables we all moved like 4-5 inches away from the walls and were nasty behind them. People were yelling and fighting in the halls at 330am. The shower was GROSS.

We like to go and be able to relax, being able to relax in the hot tub and enjoy our time, but were unable too. The internet was out so we couldnt complete or make payment at the time of checking in.
The staff was polite and considerate of our concerns, but disappointed that again the hot tub was still not working.

We’ve stayed here before and had good experiences, but this time we got there late and there was only two rooms to choose from. We got in the first room and the bedding was damp walls were dirty and my daughter got bit up by some bugs. We asked to be moved so they did but this room was dirty as well not happy. We asked to be reimbursed and they denied us. Poor experience very mad

Every blanket I pulled back had a stain on it the towels had stains the carpet was dirty (not vacuumed) and people were knocking on my door in the middle of the night, at one point I woke up to a woman screaming about people fighting outside.

Paid 178 dollars for a room in this basic hotel and then was charged extra on top of that after I stayed. Hot tub is a bathtub with jets. Fireplace looks like it was shoved in the wall. Cheap room for the price, Look elsewhere,

Cons:
1. Don't eat the biscuit gravy.
We arrived at the breakfast room when it opened.
The biscuit gravy container was full, but the top level of the gravy was very dry and stuck to the container. It looks like it was left over from the previous day and simply put back in the refrigerator overnight. If that is the case, then the warm center never chilled. That makes it a very easy spot for bad bacteria to grow.
2. The lobby and halls looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a long time.
3. The chairs and tables in the breakfast area were very sticky; I assumed it was maple syrup. We had to hunt for a clean table and chairs.
Pros:
1. The staff was very friendly and treated guests kindly.
2. The cost of the room was very budget friendly.
3. The beds were very firm and comfortable.

King suite with hot tub. Over priced for condition of room. Hot tub was dirty and had dead bugs in it so we had to clean the tub before use. AC unit didnt work. Room smelled musty. Door deadbolt lock wouldnt work and door was banged up like it had been broken in to.

The toilet had feces stuck on the bowl, walls were chipped and filthy, stayed 2 nights and linens were just pulled up to pillows, coffee pot was broken, patching of walls was not done properly. We have used AmericaInn several times and been very satisfied. I have never been in a hotel that was so poorly maintained and filthy..,

This property was disgusting. Our reservation was messed up, my debit card was charged by the hotel twice for no reason, as I had already paid for our hotel through Expedia because the front desk clerk had no clue what she was doing. Housekeeping does not do their jobs at all despite LIVING in the hotel they clean. Dirty sheets, nasty cobwebs, toiletries not stocked, carpet so filthy you can feel it when walking on it. Absolutely disgusting, RUN as far away as possible from this hotel. Sleeping on the floor at the airport is a cleaner option than staying here. There are 100 google reviews all saying the same thing!
