None of the bathroom toiletries were filled up after mentioning this twice to the front desk. Cracked toilet seat - though they did come up and fix this. Broken sink drain valve. We were there 3 days and never received housekeeping. Had to get towels from the front desk. Staff was nice but housekeeping is a problem here.

Great experience. High tech. Pick out your own room , check in and out with your app also open your room door with your app. Very nice

Computer was slow when checking in..took 15 min or so to get room. Room was reserved few weeks before stay.

Our stay was very good, staff friendly and accommodating. Only thing is the air conditioning did not appear to be working in the elevator nor floor hallways. But we would stay there again! Thank you.

The pool was clean and enjoyable. The breakfast was delightful. However, no one cleaned pool side area which had dirty towel and glass beer bottle. Only 2 umbrellas to shield from sun were available but only one of them worked. Hotel had a musty smell the entire time we were there. I was a bit disappointed because out of all the Hampton Inn's I have stayed in this was the poorest kept one of them all and it looked relatively new. For the money we paid there was no quality to match.

The hotel was nice but I got trapped in the elevator and had to be rescued out of it. I was stuck in between two different floors and I had to climb down between the two floors to get out.

Check in staff was the worst staff I’ve ever dealt with. I stay at a lot of hotels, but this was by far the worst. Terrible attitude, and not willing to help with anything. Planboit eude. Will never stay here again, and will never recommend anyo She was lookingbe to stay there.

I made my reservation on hotels.com. I called the hotel and received verbal confirmed that I was getting a mobility accessible suite days prior to my arrival. At check in I found it to be hearing accessible only. The did provide me with a shower chair. Housekeeping had not serviced the room yet so they finished around 3:30pm. The reception was very friendly. Hotel parking lot was clean well kept, reception area and lobby was clean all tables were wiped down and clean in overall appearance. Cookies in the evening. The air flow is almost non existent in the dining/ tv area. Perhaps a ceiling fan or something to move the air around. It gets way too warm and no one was in there but myself and it’s only April. I would stay here again. Room was clean, linens towels in good condition. Bed and pillows were in good shape. They also have sundries/ snacks pop water for sale. I don’t believe they have beer. One thing I did notice as soon as I walked in the room , is that the king suite was smaller at this Hampton Inn compared to the other Hampton Inns I have stayed. The dining/ sitting area seems like that as well trying to fit a lot in a very confined area. But over all quiet stay.

Best place we’ve stayed at in a long time! Huge suite, so peaceful , clean, and every employee was so kind. We were there for an upcoming surgery and the hospital is directly across from it with minimal traffic!

Well I got to the elevator and it had a horrible burning smell even when I checked out I also called down to the front desk several times the night I checked in for a new blanket cause the one I had had Cheetos or something orange on it never got a answer even walked down and no one was there I talked to the lady the next morning she apologized and I was wanting the manager to call me cause there was also throw up by the elevators that made the floor stink all night and was still there when I left I would like a refund

Great 1 night stay

The first room we checked into, the beds were unmade and towels were on the bathroom floor. We were upgraded to a bigger room after going back downstairs.

Great service. The breakfast area had many options from eggs, cereal, juices, waffles, and health alternative snacks. From the moment of walking in the room to the exceptional service, this is the place you want to stay at.

Quiet area but close to shopping and dog friendly. Great place.

Excellent service. Clean and well appointed room. Well designed functional bathroom with robe hooks and a nightlight. Very good hot breakfast. The only problem was a broken elevator. Definitely would stay again.

Good personal , clean , good location

This was a good choice for us. One thing. Be aware that an accessible room is not necessarily a handicap accessible room. We had a hearing accessible room which was quite nice and very roomy with a walk in shower. When we checked in, clerk said we should have booked directly through Hampton Inn. Breakfast was hot and ready with different choices each day.

Bed was very clean as well as the room. The chair had many stains which was bothersome and the toilet seat wouldn't stay up.

We booked this hotel because it stated it was a Hilton. Definitely not the Hilton. The original room was on the 2nd floor. It smelled like smoke and the floor entering the room was filthy. I reported the findings to the front desk he stated we would have to wait due to availability. They switched our room the next day to the 3rd floor. Did not offer any compensation for the inconvenience.
