Loved this hotel, our double twin room was spacious with nice harbour views. Buffet breakfast had lots of variety and freshly cooked options. Location is great, next to shops and restaurants within walking distance. We also used the valet service which was very handy!

This is a truly amazing hotel, highly highly highly recommend the upgrade had the most wonderful time, terrific food fabulous alcohol. I will be back there in January 2025.

Second beast buffet breakfast we’ve ever had.
Shower tile base was not correctly sloped by the tilers which created water to run into bathroom. It needs fixing! I am a renovator and it can be fixed.

We stayed at Crowne on a birthday trip to Tassie. We absolutely loved staying at the Crowne. The room was spacious and clean. The buffet breakfast was nice (especially the barista coffee). The staff was really friendly and left chocolates and a card to wish us. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for 3 nights. The service from the staff was excellent. The food at the restaurant for dinner was superb! Breakfast was pretty ordinary and the coffee was really terrible. I ordered a coffee to be delivered by room service one morning I wanted a later start and it was delivered in a takeaway cup, that was unexpected, And nobody wants to be assaulted with Vittoria coffee any time of the day. The beds were double not queen. Other than those 2 things its a very convenient place to stay right in the city centre and the valet parking was very convenient. I would stay again, if the room had a queen. Theres so many other places in hobart to get fabulous breaky and coffee though

Highly recommended. As traveller and stayed at various hotels, this is the best hotel. From service, the room, clean, comfort, breakfast, friendliness and every details were satisfaction.

Great hotel. Staff very helpful. Beautiful room. Only downsides - lack of parking with valet being only option and limited spots on the street for valet drop off. Also lack of bathroom ventilation and frosted glass shower visible from room.

I made several phone calls and sent several emails to avoid problems at check in. When I checked in I still received these problems. Robotic staff recited prelearned memorised speaches. Obviously, no one had been professional enough to act on their promises. I do a lot of travelling as taying in hotels. I usually eat all meals at the hotel I stay at, however, not at this establishment. They couldn't get a simple thing corrert like check in so I wasn't got to risk any stuff ups with restaurants. Won't be staying with a Crowne Plaza again.

We have stayed at the Hotel around 7 times since it opened.
Staff are friendly on arrivaland the checkin on the 4th level is very welcoming.
Rooms are well styled with inages of cut offs showing the grain of timber logs.
We stayed on the Ckub floor and found the Club Room has been relocated to the 12 floor.Formerly the ARU Restaurant Beautiful lounge.

This property is in a fantastic location. Staff are very helpful. The rooms are very well appointed and clean . It is close to all major shopping outlets and within walking distance to some eateries. The only down fall is the parking. While valet parking is great it can take up to 30 minutes for your car to arrive at the hotel.
