Family of 4 and we had 2 connecting rooms. Rooms are terribly small! But it has everything you needed. Other than the size, nothing to complain about. Beds are comfortable. In a good location close to Nagoya station. No onsite parking and you can park at nearby Winc Building.

The staff at Fresa were very accommodating and patient with our check in during the evening.
The room is a standard business hotel size but there were some questionable instances; carpet edges were dusty and the drapes had stains on them.
Outside of these, the location is close from the Nagoya station with a strip restaurants right outside the property

Just a short stay in Nagoya. Hotel is near Nagoya station with many stores and restaurants around. This is a Japanese business hotel. So the rooms are small but clean and comfortable.

Location is really good that it can be found from the JR station about 5 minutes walk. The room is OK in term of size and amenities but the cleaniness and tidiness should be improved.

This is a nice hotel which is near to the major train and underground station

In general I feel good on this hotel for its service and condition. Make sure you get the two interconnected rooms, the only downside is not very spacious but manageable for a family of four.

The young male staff at reception was pretty awful. He was emotional and had a terrible attitude. While I was there, he was annoyed about the Asian guests, and when I spoke to him, he behaved badly. The other young female staff I met during my stay were wonderful.
Since the dryer is small, it takes several hours to dry clothes.

Clean hotel with good service. They have a lot of good food nearby. Walkable to Nagoya station that can bring you to any part of. Japan with bullet train.
Mister donut store is just next to the hotel. Love it and will continue to book this hotel around Japan.

room is hyper small and squeezy. Can hardly lay out luggage. Staff could hardly communicate in English. Otherwise it's near to train stations, and some eateries though need to find for options.
