The hotel is beautiful but parking isn’t too easy. The room was clean but the service was slightly lacking. Also the downstairs bar is too small to accommodate the size of the facility.

Beautiful clean hotel. We enjoyed our stay here while we attended a concert at Lucas Oil Stadium. It was nice to be away from the crowds and a calmer area. The only thing we experienced was a mistake on checkout. We were on the house keepings list as checked out. We were asleep and they attempted to assess our room with a key card. We had all the locks set. They came back, and managed to unlock the lock that stops the door from opening, opened the door (we could see the light from the hall and I would've assumed they could've seen our luggage) my husband spoke up and they apologized and said we were marked as checked out. We understand mistakes happen but I would've thought if they couldn't access the room when the lock stopped them, they could've asked questions before coming back and accessing the room.

Wonderful hotel! So beautiful and decorated perfectly. Staff was very kind and accommodating. We loved to walk around the area and the restaurants were excellent around the area. We will most definitely stay here again!!

We always love coming to the Hotel Carmichael! This was the first time in me bringing my service dog here, and they were so incredibly accommodating to us. They provided pick up bags in the cutest little carrier with the signature logo. We also received a placard to put on the door so staff would be aware he was in there. As always, the staff here is incredible. No detail goes unnoticed, and they are all so very kind. We appreciate it so much. The decor was also top tier, and their flowers were all in bloom. On the nights I would take my service dog for his walks, the piano and classical music that drifted throughout the hotel and into the courtyard set a lovely ambiance. It’s in a great area, and again, we always look forward to staying with you all.

My stay at this hotel was wonderful, I would definitely go back. Walkable to a local shops and restaurants the town side was beer service. The maid service was lacking, for example, they left dirty mugs in my room for morning coffee, and did not change bedding. Otherwise, I will definitely be back.

Beautiful vintage looking but new hotel. Very clean and nice hotel. We checked in and had difficulty opening our room door. We called for help and someone came and aggressively wiggled the door open. We continued to have to fight with the door to enter our room. We would have hoped they would have had maintenance repair it or move us to an another room. No bath tub and easy free parking if you can find a spot! I wish there were more parking spaces. No ATM on site which we found strange. There it is, the good the bad and the hungry. We still recommend the Hotel Carmichael.

Beautiful hotel in a great location! Awesome service!

My wife and I were excited to try this hotel but there was heavy snow the day of our travel and we were unable to make our reservation. After speaking with the manager and explaining the situation she would not offer the slightest concession and greedily charged us the entire nights stay. We will be avoiding this hotel and all Marriott properties. Very short sighted on this managers part. We travel frequently but will be staying elsewhere from now on.

The experience has not disappointed one bit. I would highly recommend the hotel.

Pretty Hotel but overpriced for what you get. Low water pressure, bed was uncomfortable (too hard), elevator broken, and they don’t have have a designated “Hotel Guests Only Parking”. But they do have valet parking, which again is available to anyone. The Christkindlmarkt is literally right outside their door which was fantastic. It reminds me of vaguely of parts at the Greenbrier, which is world class - without getting close unfortunately.

Perfect place to stay for our visit! Everyone was very accommodating. Restaurants were nearby, within walking distance, as well as the Studio Theater.

To whom it may concern, My visit to this property was amazing, and every time I come to this property I am treated with the utmost respect, and the staff is great and very pleasant. I came there in August of this year and just spent four additional days there as of November, and we had a great time. I am planning on coming to this property again around Christmas, and for anyone that's reading this rest assure you this is the property you want to be at.

Parking could've been really inconvenient but the valets kept my car accessible bc I had an early morning departure. Prompt ice and toothbrush delivery. The decor is stunning. Clean. Bed was comfortable, loved that the sleeping pillows were different lofts, seems like a small detail, but I appreciated that. Worth the money.

The food here is very good too. I love seeing a show at the Palladium after a great dinner. Had a glitch with the TV but they sent a tech to fix in about 10 minutes it was fixed.

I have been coming to Indianapolis Indiana for quite some time, and this hotel is outstanding. The amenities were nice, the people were nice, and the atmosphere was great. If you go to Indianapolis Indiana, I will highly recommend this hotel. I will not recommend downtown Indianapolis because there are so many homeless individuals unfortunately everywhere, even though they don't bother you there is a safety factor.

The Carmichael has always been an exceptional property. The only problem we had this time was no glass in the bathroom. First world problems….

did not honor the schwarz discount. Room had zero water only beer.

It was great. The front desk was friendly and helpful. The house keeping staff, was equally as friendly. We didn't eat here, only because there were so many good restaurants around the area. Will recommend The Carmichael and stay here again later in the year.

Hotel Carmichael Review Our check-in experience at Hotel Carmichael was fantastic, setting a positive tone for our stay. The on-site restaurant exceeded our expectations with its delicious offerings, providing a memorable dining experience. While the room itself was comfortable, we found it to be average for a high-end hotel. Unfortunately, we encountered some issues during our stay, such as a poor-quality coffee maker and a less-than-ideal shower experience. Additionally, the television in our room was out of service throughout our entire stay, which was disappointing. We also struggled to operate the air conditioning unit, requiring assistance from a maintenance staff member who kindly explained its functionality. Although the hotel's services were commendable, these drawbacks left us questioning the overall value for the price paid.
