You need to fix your TV connectivity on the eliptical and treadmill in the workout room. We have been coming here for 3 years and they still don't work!

The hotel is fairly new and our room was very clean. We had a well stocked kitchen, big tv and the bed was comfortable. Pool area was a bit small and would have enjoyed having a hot tub. Breakfast was a step up from continental, I wouldn’t call it a Buffet.

Did not like the fact that the hotel staff changed our two queen bed reservations to a room with a king bed. Doesn’t work well with four adults. Two adults had to sleep on a pullout couch. The hotel staff did nothing to help us out. A nice hotel with terrible management.

We were very comfortable for our 2 nights. The only thing I wished for was a hot tub to relax in while the kids played in the pool. They had 2 washers and 2 dryers, so i was able to get my laundry caught up. And the fridge/kitchen area was all spacious and perfect.

Great breakfast! Comfortable, spacious room! Comfortable bed! There’s a great Mexican restaurant next to it that was delicious!

The hotel room and common spaces were clean, spacious, and well maintained. Breakfast was good. When we arrived, we showed our Expedia booking and Expedia quoted pet fee. The hotel said their pet fee had increased a long time ago and they would not honor the lower pet fee posted with our booking. I don't love paying for other peoples' mistakes. Be prepared to pay more for your pet here.

Great property, neat and clean, great staff

The bed was awful. And my children said. Where the bathtub!!!! There no bathtub. Greatly disappointed!!!! This hotel is 100% suit for senior citizens who need walk in shower and not bathtub.

Home2Suites rooms are large andnaffordable for families. Their breakfast has many options that were suitable for my gluten freebandbdairy free needs. The hotel is clean, friendlynand well taken care of.

Convenient location, lots of space in the room. Pool is very cold and beds are too hard for our liking. Could use better breakfast selection compared to other hotel chains.

Didn’t have room ready at said time. Front desk also had no idea when it would be ready. Had to come back 45mins later when it was finally ready.

We loved our room! It was so spacious for my family of 5. We loved how the room came with dish ware and utensils!

Arrived 2 hours after check in and room wasn’t ready 😡 then needed an extra pillow for a handicap person that’s was with us & was told they had zero ! The hotel was not full by no means, pretty confused on why it ended up a mess from the started ! I’ll differently not be staying at another home 2

I thought the front staff was disconnected; no hello or how can I help you!! Very standoffish!! When leaving same thing where I was told to wait! Just an all around bad check in and check out; maybe its tough to get good considerate help!

Just disappointed that I couldn't get the room type I had chosen when booked. Really needed handicap room .

The bathroom doors don't close all the way and provide zero privacy to anyone who is in the bathroom. Apparently, this is a normal in every room in the hotel according to staff. We immediately canceled our hotel stay and switch to another hotel. We would never stay here again!

The bathrooms in the rooms are large but offer no privacy if you are traveling with others or young children. Also I was charged for a pet fee when we did not have a pet and my stay was on December 30. I just noticed the charge in my credit card statement. The final bill i received at check out says it was reversed but it was not reversed. My check out time it wrong. I checked out before 11 am. The girl at the desk waved for me to leave the key on the desk which i did. My check out time in my bill was 1240 pm. Ive called about this charge and am not getting the call backs I'm supposed to get. I'm still waiting for this to be fixed. Poor customer service.

Overall it was great! Pool area did have a foul smell. Also, our room only had a half of box of tissues.

Nice, welcoming, clean establishment. Only stayed 1 night on a stop over for our road trip and left at 3am. The gentleman at the front desk was nice enough to hand us some breakfast items to go since we wouldn’t make it to their complementary breakfast that starts at 6am.

2 incidents turned me off to the place In the evening my 40 year old wife who looks 40, took the teen kids to the exercise room to workout. A female staff member very surprisingly came in. Then she started questioning my wife about her age. saying if we had the kids in there they had to have someone with that that was 18. Nothing about my wife appearance would suggest that she is a teen. During breakfast the bus boy came out and yelled at me in open public for setting a bowl with milk and cereal in the wash tub. Apparently it supposed to be dumped into the trash can and not set in the plastic tub. Never in my years, would I considerate it common sense to dump a bowl of fluids in the trash can. When choosing a place, family friendliness is the number 1 factor we look for. All the ads for the pace make it look so. But the incompetent staff does not leave you feeling welcome.
