The room size for 3 pax is a bit unexpectedly smaller than what I think, and difficult to move around inside the room, it is basically a room for 2 person only. If I would know this, I will rather book or pay for a bigger room. But breakfast is good however lack of varieties comparing to other similar categories of hotels, and disappointed they don’t even serve omelette in breakfast. Otherwise, the hotel is in a good location easily accessible to Sapporo station, dining and shopping areas.

We stayed one night in the Pom Pom Purin character room which we highly recommend and loved. It was limited to a one night stay so we reserved a second room through hotels.com and they linked the reservations for us making the room change super easy: we packed up our bags and left them in our room, when we came back to check into the second room, they had moved our bags for us - including our drinks we forgot in the refrigerator! Close to the train station in a beautiful city with very friendly people.

Very small rooms and the extra bed in the room is very difficult to sleep on. There are better hotels in Sapporo with this price range

Staff assisted parking, 1500 yen for the whole day parking (unlimited in and out). Clean and comfortable room. Water, teabags, towels will be refilled everyday (placed outside your room) even you didn’t request, which is considerate. We had a pleasant time staying in this hotel!

My family and I stayed at the hotel for 6 nights, and it was amazing! The service was great, front desk was attentive and friendly, helped us to confirm with restaurants, to get taxi, and gave us great instructions on where to send luggage! Rooms were clean and roomy, and they came with big washrooms! Location is closed to Sapporo Station, about 5min walk! I would love to stay here again!

Though the hotel offers free drink and snacks from 3pm to 11pm, the restaurant only provides breakfast only. In addition, surcharge yen2000/hour is applied for late check out after standard time 11am.

The room is large for 3 pax, with a proper single bed for my son. Public bath is a plus point for my son to experience. Walking distance from sapporo station

Comfortable and trendy room and common areas. The breakfast was delicious. Walkable to Sapporo Station and many taxis passing by for transportation.

Reasonably priced. The room is fairly spacious by Japanese standards. Hotel is conveniently located near JR Sapporo Station and not too far from the bus stop to Jozankei Onsen. Lots of shops nearby, there is a mall at the JR station, and thus lots of food options too. Will choose to stay here again if I return to Sapporo.

Great location near Sapporo Station. A short walk to Odori Park, great for the Snow Festival. Multiple convenience stores nearby and a good buffet-style breakfast, would stay here again.

Everything was ok, except the bath. It was the most dirty pool of water I have experienced in Japan so far. Oil are floating on the surface, with easily visible hairs…. I saw exactly same condition on the second night, made me wonder if the hotel even clean it daily.

Close to Sapporo station, reachable through underground tunnels. Opposite to Rokkatei Sapporo Main Store, a famous confectionary brand in Hokkaido which is a must-buy.

Very convenient location, just opposite to 六花亭，5 mins from Sapporo, Daimaru, JR station, shopping and dinning area. Hokkaido University is also in walking distance.

Excellent stay with a perfect staff. I thought I had lost my passport on the first day of the trip and the staff went above and beyond to try to help me (calling the police, restaurant, building I went on) The hotel is close to Sapporo main train station and a walking distance from Sapporo’s main attractions.

Good location, good service！

The room is stylish and the staff are helpful and nice. The location of the hotel is nice too. The on-site parking is not available during our stay but the staff introduced us another parking spot just opposite to the hotel. The room is clean as well! The lighting is good for resting but maybe a bit dark for those who need to work.

Paid S$1800 for 2 superior room for 2 nights and expect a much better service and room for the premium I paid for. Ended the room was small and the services of the hotel is worst then 3stars hotel. With this price, I could hv gotten a much better service.

Very well thought out in term of design and layout given with the limited spaces. Movable J hooks are very handy for hanging towels, clothes, bags and stuffs. The staffs are very friendly and helpful too.

Lounge at second floor is superb. Public bath is small but at least they have one. Conveniently located near APIA, Stellar Place, JR station.
