Good sized hotel, BUT shabby, dirty and looked very neglected. Breakfast ordinary and just Luke warm food, and not even a working toaster. Looked like it was just being run by young staff. Very basic, not value for money.

The service is excellent and people are nice and helpful

The room wasn't clean The shelves and the cupboard were dusty like no one has cleaned them before. Also the shelves in the lobby and the lights were dusty. The windows in the room were locked , only two small windows could we open for 5 cm. We requested a fan, they brought it after a 3-time request. The breakfast was good The location was also good , there is a bus station right in front of the hotel and a commuter rail station about 10 min walk.

We had booked two rooms, one for me and my wife, and one for our daughter and her friend, for a magical Taylor Swift experience in Stockholm. At arrival at the hotel, the staff could only find one of our rooms, and the hotel was overbooked! In addition, one of the staff members also blamed hotels.com for having done something wrong, until I documented with our receipt cleary stating that we had booked, and paid for, two rooms. After a few moments of discussing with the staff and stating how this was unacceptable, and including other staff members in the discussion, they finally found an extra room for us, but a much lower "grade" room and on a completely different floor than our 14 year old daugther and her friend. All in all this was very uncomfortable in terms of: - having to discuss with staff about their overbooking - having to pay full price for lower class room(s), and - having to have our daugther and her friend far from us in a very crowded hotel. As we finally managed to get a room and actually stayed there, I do not expect a full refund, but a refund nonetheless, I think is in order. I suggest 50%. Morten

We chose the hotel because it is close to the Friends Arena as we were going there for a concert. Unfortunately, the hotel was completely understaffed for the number of bookings they had over the weekend. We ended up waiting in line for more than 1,5 hours because many rooms had not yet been cleaned at the hotel’s check-in time, which meant that we missed the opening act of the concert we were going to. No compensation was offered by the hotel, and no complimentary drinks or anything was offered while we had to wait in line for 1,5 hours to check in. The room was clean and comfortable though. Would not recommend choosing this hotel if you plan to attend an event in Friends Arena, but if you have plenty of time for waiting around, the hotel is nice enough.

The lights were dark....

We had a small atrium room which was fine as we were only using as a base. Was quite dark until internal blinds in atrium were opened. Easy access to city centre. Near to train station and buses. Being a vegeterian plenty to choose from at breakfast, however, no alternatives provided ie. Veggie Sausages. Very limited vegan options. All staff very nice and polite. Nice quiet area, felt safe. Would definitely stay here again.

My 2nd time here as a Hoom hotel, but I've stayed here before when it was Ibis. Great value rooms in a good location for Friends Arena and trains to Stockholm Central. Easy access from Arlanda airport as the train down stops at Ulriksdal. My room without a window was very compact but for the price perfect for a solo traveller who is out for most of the day. You can always pay a little more for a window and more space. Breakfast here is great - good quality, well presented and nice choices.

Clean and good staf

Clean hotel and very comfortable. Desk staff was amazing and always available. Breakfast was so good with so many options. Only downside was parking. We knew we'd have to pay but to only have 10 spots available and 5 of those were super tight.

If you want somewhere to stay in Stockholm, to stay that is not fancy, is superb value for money, the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly - then look no further. The system only allows 5 * ..I'd give them 10 if i could.

Generally, the hotel itself was a good place to stay but maintenance was a bit poor. The room was big, the bed was good, but the moment we opened the toilet and shower area, a shirt and an underwear of the previous person was still there together with some vanity stuff which means the toilet was not cleaned. The drainage was as well awful, we had no choice but to clean it ourselves. Breakfast was good though. On our second night, some teenagers were so loud outside and it didn’t stop not until midnight

Bedside lampa wasn't functional. We waited one day to get a replacement. No refrigerator in the rooms. Not so clean room as well. I don't recommend at all.

Property was unclean and had several broken features. Room was extremely small and found garbage from previous guests. Was very unhappy with the experience and I would not recommend it to others.

This hotel is located quite close to the train station (Ulriksdal), so it was convenient to get to it. The building itself is very big with lots of rooms. I got one of the cheaper rooms (no windows, shared bathrooms). My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower room was ok (there was hair in the drain, but I don't fault the hotel at all... it was left by someone who used it before me-- I advise you to bring sandals). The staff was friendly. The breakfast wasn't anything special, but there were lots to choose from. I think that this hotel is a good value!

The staff at the receptions did not inform us that we can only park at 33-37, thus when we were back at the hotel we parked our car at any of the available lots. We received a ticket for parking at lot 25. The building management should go to the hotel and ask them to get us to shift the car but instead issue us a ticket even with the hotel coupon on the windscreen

Tiny windowless room with no bathroom. In a suburb with construction work going on. Would not use again

Overall the for the price the Hotel serves good ! But there are some issues with the bathroom some times got some weird smell from somewhere else.

Easy walk to train station. Fantastic staff and great breakfast.
