Perfect!

The Hotel is in a great position attached to the train station. Flight crew from both Cathay and Qantas stay her it must be fine. The staff are excellent and would recommend this hotel to anyone. Restaurants are right there plus a Family Mart for those snacks and drinks.

Centrally located right above JR station! Short easy walk to almost everything - pharmacy, groceries, shopping, dinning. Staff are more fluent in English than many that we’ve met in other hotels and accordingly, more able to cater to individual needs!

Despite being right next to the train station, it is very quiet. The rooms are clean and very accommodating. The staff was friendly and helpful.

It is close to Kawasaki Station and Haneda Airport. There are convenience stores and restaurants around the hotel. It is also convenient to go to Yokohama. The hotel's laundry facilities are also extensive. I think it is a very convenient place when you travel to Tokyo.

After searching around the Tokyo area for the perfect location we decided on staying here at Hotel Metropolitan Kawasaki. Everything was so convenient with the indoor and outdoor mall having restaurants, shopping, bakeries and a full market. I recommend a suica card to catch the train which is a 3-5 min walk from the hotel. It’s about 25 min train ride to the Tokyo station and there you can Uber or take another train to the crowded tourist areas. The hotel new,very clean and very quiet. No complaints as it was everything you would want during a stay and offered in room massages(additional cost).

I booked a room at Metropolitan Kawasaki for my parents to stay with us. Staff were excellent - very polite and helpful for my dad who needed a wheelchair. The room was clean, spacious, and functional.We world love to come back again!

Hotel Metropolitan Kawasaki is an excellent place to stay. The staff were welcoming, nice and very accommodating. The room was very clean and spacious. It is near the train station and the shopping mall is in the vicinity of the hotel! We had an amazing stay and an incredible experience. Definitely a must to stay and consider returning for future trips.

My first time in Tokyo and I loooooooooved this hotel! It was very clean and comfortable, the staff were all super nice and accommodating! Also the area around it was awesome! Shopping, food, and bars!

Besides being an amazing hotel with extremely comfortable beds, the staff is always excellent and speaks english at the very least perhaps more languages. When we walk in they always had an elevator door ready for us. The location is by far the best part about Metro Kawasaki however - right next to Kawasaki station which is 10 mina ro the main part of Tokyo without being overly touristy.

Great location, close to shopping and two subway lines. Easy to get and get around via the subway lines. Will stay here again. Clean, friendly staff and great value with restaurant in lobby.

Excellent locations and staff speaks English very well and all of them were very helpful. They also helped arranging the taxi cab rides and accommodated luggage’s storage on the day when we departed to the airport ( our flight is at the night s we don’t need to carry all of our stuff when we enjoy last min of sightseeing) . We enjoyed our stay very much!

Excellent! Everyone was nice and even helped with taxi when we left! Train station next to it . There’s a mall , family mart and much more in the vicinity . Very convenient to stay there.

Your staff was extremely helpful in all matters: check-in, luggage storage, concierge service (staff member personally walked to the taxi stand on Level 1), and check-out. Also, when we stayed on the night of June 9, the young staff member at the breakfast desk (restaurant) was most courteous and obliging. Thank you.

While this has been the only hotel I’ve stayed at in Tokyo and I don’t have anything else to compare this to, Hotel Metropolitan more than exceeded our expectations. The location is perfectly convenient to public transportation and their on site buffet fits everyone’s preferences. Staff here speak enough English and as usual to the Tokyo hospitality, they provided excellent service. What most impressed me was how QUIET the hotel is, even though there were people everywhere nearby on the streets, we never heard any noise. It made us wonder if we were the only people staying in the hotel! Unlike American hotels where you can hear people above and next to you with their awful showers and loud conversations in the hallway, we were never bothered — truly amazing. Shopping malls were everywhere nearby and of course, everyone is safe in Japan. If you don’t like the onsite buffet, there’s lots of other options within walkable nearby distance. The only thing missing here is a swimming pool but that’s pretty rare in Japan hotels. I used their gym almost every day and although it was basic, they have 2 treadmills and an elliptical machine and nobody ever used the gym so you can enjoy the small space to yourself. Our room had 3 full size bed and all the modern amenities with provided pajamas. You won’t regret staying in Kawasaki. It’s within 2 miles of Costco and Yomahama Bay, which I personally enjoyed. The JR line is also nearby so you can go to anywhere in Tokyo.

My husband and I live staying here, this time I was solo and I felt so safe. It’s so close to the train station it’s easy to get around and there’s so many things nearby to do. We will be staying again in the future.

Very clean. Good amenities and breakfast. Really liked the Seisuika deodorizer for clothes.
