We had a lovely stay at Adiwana Bisma.
Room was serviced twice a day, always spot on. I chose this resort due to its proximity to the city centre while getting a view over the jungle from the pool. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
Free mini bar and bottled water were so nice touch as well. Complimentary breakfast served anytime you wanted and complimentary afternoon tea every day is another plus compared to other resorts on Jalan Bisma. Breakfast was tasty and coffee was great, too.

We had an amazing and relaxing time at Adiwana Bisma. The entire staff is super friendly and welcoming. They provided excellent service throughout our visit. The restaurant Pistachio food is amazing at the resort. They also support the local community.If you have the opportunity, please go to the dinner.

Staff went out of their way to make my boyfriend’s birthday special with decorations in the room and a cake and singing after the amazing fire dance. Loved everything about this hotel

Great location surrounded by many good restaurants in easy walking distance. The staff were very friendly and were eager to please. Definately recommend for those wanting an upmarket stay in which is secluded and quiet. We had the jungle room view with balcony, our friends the rice garden terrace room. Both equally as good.

Staff were very courteous, friendly and accommodating. Most spoke English well enough to converse with their guests.
Rooms were well appointed and luxurious.lighting was too dim for me without the option of brighter lighting to see the things in my dark luggage. But I think the dim lighting was to promote relaxation and tranquility.
The only negative about the property was the loud construction noise during the day.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Adiwana, with the staff acting in a very competent way - and with an incredible view of the swimming pool.
When we first got in, we thought our room was a bit noisy. The staff later explained they were building the gym upstairs, hence the noise. Nevertheless, we were super quickly moved to another room, same category, and we had a very relaxing recovery from our long flight from London

During the stay there was construction of gym and the noise was terrible. Couldn’t open the curtains on window as there were workers sitting on my balcony. And the hotel did nothing about it.
The room itself was large and clean, food in the restaurant was delicious and the view from the roof top pool was stunning. At the same time the hotel organizes breakfast in the pool and if you want to swim in the morning you need to bypass eating people.

The staff stopped me moving hotels due to construction noise which was not mentioned by Expedia. The hotel and staff are fabulous but the construction noise was unacceptable for a 5star hotel. Especially when we were seeking peace and quiet.

Our stay at the Adiwana Bisma was fantastic. The room was spacious, cool, and was cleaned/refreshed twice a day. The most outstanding part of our stay, though, was the staff. Each person we encountered was friendly, helpful, and professional. Meals and drinks were exceptional, and we really enjoyed our spa visit as well. We would return to this hotel in a heartbeat and I cannot say enough good things about this hotel or their fantastic staff.

The staff was very kind and very helpful. The place is beautiful, quiet and friendly. Is located close to the centre of Ubud around 15 minutes walk. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend a nice and relaxing time

What an incredible hotel in a world unique place! Ubud is magical. Property is spotless clean, staff are amazing, room was quiet and had a gorgeous bathtub and plenty of comfort amenities. Views from the deck outside the room and from the restaurant are fabulous. Staff went over and above to tend to every question. They made a wonderful to go breakfast for the day I left because it was before the restaurant opened. Went on a day long tour of many sites with Sumajaya and he was patient and provided so much insider information. He was also the driver to and from the airport/ferry. Stay here if you go to Ubud! Incredible property.

Amazing hotel close to the heart of Ubud. Also walking distance to the Sacred Monkey Forest. Clean, spacious rooms with a very nice shower. We had an excellent view of the jungle on one side and then a small rice terrace on near the entrance to our room. They also have an outstanding daily breakfast included as part of your stay. Would highly recommend this property and would stay here again the next time.

This is beautiful, quite hotel located very conveniently for the shops and local restaurants - don't ignore the ones on Bisma Street itself.
The staff are so lovely, so helpful and any issues were sorted with a smile.
Do watch the slippery shower floors.
Sunset from the incredible, infinity pool area is just beautiful but try to get and early morning swim too as the mountains are spectacular.

I had a fantastic stay at Adiwana Bisma. The staff was amazing and very friendly. They greeted me by name every time I saw them. A special thank you to Mila at reception who was so very helpful. The food was great. I had breakfast every morning at Pistachio. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. It is located on a quiet street just up from the main street. A lot is within walking distance or a short taxi ride. I walked almost everywhere. The pool is very nice. I was so busy doing other things that I was only able to use it for a brief time to cool off one afternoon but it was very relaxing. Couldn't recommend this property enough!

It’s a beautiful hotel that’s centrally located. nice, large, and newish rooms, well kept and clean. Would stay again. Within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants.
I wish there were more amenities like a sauna. Staff was attentive and responded quickly and overall very accommodating even with custom requests.
One day the live music volume was too loud, I communicated this to them and next day they ensured it was a more pleasant volume and had an amazing singer perform. Staff asked several times if volume was ok, which I thought was superbly hospitable of them. They genuinely want to make you happy.

Out of the 4 hotels we stayed in during our trip to Asia this was by far the most clean, best accommodations, friendliest staff, and best food. Everything was excellent. Couldn’t recommend more.

Amazing hotel! The staff couldn’t be nicer and do enough for you. We stayed in a jungle view room and it was stunning. Location wise it’s on a quieter road in Ubud but roughly a nice 20min walk to main temple, shops and monkey forest. Would defo stay again.
